It's an exciting time for all of us at Daydream Designs because it's time for a BLOG HOP, and you're all invited along.  The winner of this Blog Hop will receive a $20 gift certificate from Diane Noble's Daydream Designs store.  All you have to do to be eligible for the grand prize is to leave a comment on each particiapant's blog.  Here is the list of Daydreamers (the Design Team Members) for Daydream Designs.   I hope that you will be inspired by their use of the wonderful Daydream images.

And now.....here are my two projects for the Blog Hop.  My first project is a tiny plant pot that I painted cream and decorated with a strip of material, some May Road floral trim, and a row of pearls.  Next, I added a seam binding bow, several hearts held by Tim Holtz Memo Pins from The Kraft Outlet, and some spanish moss.  I used the heart with flower (several times) from the Ticket to Bliss Color Digi Set, some other hearts from the Snow Baby Love Color Digi Set, and sentiments from the Snow Baby Love Sentiments.
I also used the Daydream Designs Love background paper from the Love Me True Digi Paper Pack which I printed out on this October Afternoon pink polka dot patterned paper for the base of my card.  I used the flower center from one of the hearts with flower from the Ticket to Bliss Color Digi Set in the center of my bow.  Other than that, this card only has seam binding, paint, glitter, and the pink polka dot washi tape.  Pretty simple, which goes to show just how versatile these digital images really are!
My card also includes a few hearts that were cut from the Daydream Designs heart shape, but that I covered in washi tape before I cut out.  I did this because I want to "throw my hat in the ring" and enter this week's challenge at Simon Says Stamp Challenge Blog.

Simon Says Stamp Challenge Blog - Simon Says Use Washi Tape.  I covered the hearts in pink polka dot washi tape from Freckled Fawn.  Washi tape can be used in so many different cool ways.

Really Reasonable Ribbon Challenges - Valentine's Day/Love and Use Ribbon

Also, I really hope you will join us over at Word Art Wednesday Challenge Blog for this week's Anything Goes Challenge sponsored by the AWESOME Freckled Fawn.  I hope you will stop by and link up.

Thanks for stopping by to participate in the Blog Hop. The next stop on the hop is the VERY TALENTED Kris Breech. You won't want to miss seeing what she has prepared for you all!  If you've never seen the amazing images at Daydream Designs, I encourage you to check it out.  The digital sets are very reasonably priced, and you get A LOT for your money.  Diane has recently added several great new sets.  Check it out!

Thanks for hopping with us!

  17. Well your little pot is just too fabulous for words! I don't venture much into the altered art world so, when I see something like this I am blown away. And you did it all with digis. I'm just getting my feet wet and finding my comfort zone with my style in the digital world. Nevertheless, your card is simple gorgeous.
