It's always fun to wish someone a Happy Birthday, and nothing says fun quite like polka dots. I never realized how many different polka dotted patterned papers I owned until I started thumbing through my stash. I just love the way they scream FUN! This blue and white polka dot paper was actually in my scrap/throw away bin (the one I always let the kids play with). I cut up some rolled roses, added a couple of Prima leaves, a few snippets of lace and trim, a stamped Birthday sentiment from My Craft Spot, some gems, jute, machine stitching and a placed it all on a Kraft Notecard from The Kraft Outlet.
Seems as though I can never have enough Birthday cards on hand. This one is going to my Sister-in-Law. I love the pink and blue combination, and couldn't resist throwing in a little touch of cream as well.
