What I Love About You

Exciting news!  I am so super happy to announce that I am the newest Design Team Member at V's Sweet Ideas and I can hardly wait until you all see the darling products available in this sweet shoppe.  I first fell in love with Vanessa's sweet store V's Sweet Ideas when I happened upon it in search of the most darling little Chic journaling cards.  Well, I found them here at V's Sweet Ideas and they are called Everday Life Chic Journaling Cards.  My favorite one is the Menu card, but I also love this one (from the same set) that says, "What I Love About You....."  I used this to make a Valentine's Day card for my sweet hubby, Darren.  I can't wait to give it to him!  This is my debut DT Card for this month's "Love Theme" challenge at V's Sweet Ideas Challenge Blog.  I hope you will play along each month.  This month, the sponsor is the very delightful Freckled Fawn where one lucky person will win a $20 gift certificate.  Now, that's worth playing for!
Here is my (exhaustive) supply list for this card:
My Stash:  vintage sheet music, red crinkled seam binding, red cardstock
Papertrey Ink:  Hearts and Heart Border Die-Cuts, natural jute, doily die-cut
Prima:  Wooden Buttons
MME:  Patterned Papers
Michaels:  Pearl Accent Stickers
The Kraft Outlet:  Lunch Bag Kraft Cardstock (for doily die-cut)
Paper Sweeties:  Sentiment Stamps (many, various)
Machine Stitching
May Arts: Wide Red Ribbon

I'm entering my Valentine's Day card for my hubby in the following challenges:

Simon Says Stamp Challenge Blog - "Have a Heart"

Great Impressions Stamps Challenge Blog - February Challenge - "Have a Heart"

Really Reasonable Ribbon Challenge Blog - Monochromatic Color

Cupcake Inspirations Challenge Blog - Challenge #197 - Valentines

My Craft Spot by Kimberly Challenges - Monday Challenge #86 - "For Your Sweetheart" - I made this card for my true sweetheart of a husband, Darren.  I absolutely LOVE My Craft Spot's sweet seam binding and stamps, and I have used their stamps in several of my posts in the last week or so.  They are quite lovely!  You might want to check Kimberly's sweet shop.

OK, so now.....you have SO many great places to shop and pick up the most darling products, and you have plenty of great challenges to join in.  Such as the Love Theme Challenge at V's Sweet Ideas and this week's Anything Goes Challenge at Word Art Wednesday.  You are welcome at both, and we look forward to seeing your amazing entries!

Thanks for stopping by today, and please come back soon!
Karen
