Spring Has Sprung

Mondays are one of my "double post" days because I have two different Design Team challenges that begin on Mondays.  This week at Eureka Stamps Challenge Blog, the theme is "Spring Has Sprung", and here in Las Vegas, I'm really feeling that it truly has.  It's been windy outside, but the temperatures are climbing, and I've been enjoying going for walks and spending time in the yard.  For my Design Team card for the challenge this week, I used the Girl on Swing digi and the Spring Has Sprung sentiment.  I water colored the edges of the paper to give it a light "Springy" feeling.  I also added a seam binding bow, some buttons, and a variety of pastel patterned papers.  Oh, and let's not forget my signature move......some machine stitching!
I'm entering this card in the following challenge:

City Crafter Challenge Blog - Challenge #149 - Shades of Pink

The Ribbon Carousel Challenge Blog - Challenge #78 - Spring Is In The Air

Thanks for visiting.  You're all welcome to play along in the challenge this week at Eureka Stamps Challenge Blog as well as our fun challenge at Word Art Wednesday.  We'd LOVE to see you share your sweet creations in both challenges.

Dream Valley Challenge Blog - Challenge #52 - Mother's Day/Card For a Woman - I made this bright and cheerful card for my friend who is going through a rough time.  She doesn't have a Mum to celebrate Mother's Day with, and so...I'm helping her celebrate the beauty of Springtime.

I hope that today is a great start to a wonderful week for each of you.  I look forward to visiting your blogs and seeing the art God lays on your hearts to create and share.  Thanks so much for stopping by to say hello!
