Terrific Twine at V's Sweet Ideas

Hello my crafty friends!  I'm back today to share with you about the new challenge for the Month of August at V's Sweet Ideas that is all about using TWINE.  If you have any projects during the Month of August that use any type of twine, I hope that you will share them in our challenge.   I made my card using some new goodies from V's Sweet Shoppe including some red Baker's Twine from The Twinery, some little colored pebbles (I used the green) from Freckled Fawn, and I also used a doily, a die-cut (you) from Papertrey Ink and some patterned papers and journaling card from Crate Paper on which I computer printed the words "are so berry sweet".  The strawberry was hand cut from wool felt that I purchased at Prairie Point Junction/Wool Felt Central.  Once I hand-cut the strawberry and topper, I tied some french knots in the felt to give the appearance of texture.  I thought it turned out cute, and I was excited to tie in the Baker's Twine for the challenge theme at V's Sweet Ideas.  I really hope that you will choose to play along with us.  V's Sweet Ideas is full of darling products at great prices, and shipping prices are always very reasonable as well.
