Pink & Brown

Hello again, and I'm SO glad you've stopped by.  I'm sharing another card before I head off to set up my blog post for tomorrow's new challenge at Word Art Wednesday Challenge Blog.  I hope you'll ALL be sure to stop by and share with us this week for another great challenge.
This card was made completely from scraps of paper.  I touched the edges with pink acrylic paint, did some machine stitching in brown, added some lace, paper roses, wool felt leaves, a pink die-cut doily, an October Afternoon journaling sticker with a Making Memories rub-on (Thank You and Couldn't Do It Without You).  The patterned papers are from Pebbles In My Pocket, and there are also some tiny buttons on the sentiment flag.

I'm sharing this card here:

Simon Says Stamp Challenge Blog - Getting Dotty - I used pink and brown polka dot patterned paper

Pile It On Challenge Blog - Challenge #40 - Favorite Color as Main Color - PINK again, and this time I've accented it with brown. I just LOVE this color combination!

Dream Valley Challenge Blog - Challenge #67 - Buttons!!  I added tiny little pink buttons to me sentiment banner.   How cute!

Hobby House Challenge Blog - Challenge #5 - Roses - I used several gorgeous paper flowers on my journaling tag.

Thanks for visiting.  Have a great week, and don't forget to stop by Word Art Wednesday this week for a great challenge with TWO amazing prizes and an Anything Goes theme.  See you there!

Blessings to you all,
Karen
