It's time for fun new Sketch Challenge this week, and I was really inspired by this sweet sketch. I started this sweet card with a Buff/Ivory Note Card, and I covered it with coordinating Buff/Ivory Cover Weight Card Stock and a Making Memories patterned paper that I inked and machine stitched together.

Next, I placed a Mini Notebook Merchandise Bag on the patterned paper and then placed a small inked mat which I die-cut from a piece of Buff/Ivory Cover Weight Card Stock and then added a 3-D Crate Paper embellishment onto that. Inside the Mini Notebook Merchandise Bag I placed a journaling card from the Jenni Bowlin Mini Deck Basics Set. I also attached a small Tim Holtz paper rusty paperclip to the journaling card. Next, I ran a length of Blush Colored Hand-Stained Bias Tape across the card and also created a bow with it. At the bottom of the card, I added some Jenni Bowlin Office Chipboard Buttons with Natural Hemp Cord in their centers, and a Vintage Style Ticket underneath them in the middle. I enjoyed this sweet sketch, and I think you will too. It's very basic and be flipped or altered to suit your personal style. To play along at The Kraft Journal Challenge Blog, the only requirement is to use either product(s) from the Kraft Outlet, or any kraft paper (i.e. kraft paper, kraft paper lunch bag, toilet paper or paper towel roll, etc.)
It's a really sweet sketch, and I'm sure you will have fun with it. Stop on by and link up a card this week at The Kraft Journal Challenge Blog. You could be the lucky winner of our monthly prize of a $15 gift certificate to the Kraft Outlet, or one of our weekly prizes of being a Featured Friday Artist, or Top 3 Winner.
I'm sharing my card here:
Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge Blog - Simon Says "Tag It" - I love adding a tag to cards, and I actually use this idea quite often. I added a mini bag that holds a journaling tag. You can also use the bag to add a gift card, and having the tag inside allows you to write a note when giving the card and gift.
