Are you ready for some serious FUN and inspiration? Well, I'm joining my friends at Gracielle Design for an exciting Blog Hop and GIVEAWAY to showcase Gracie's fabulous new digital stamp release. The Hop started on Gracie's Blog in case you need to get started; but if you're already hopping along, you most likely arrived here from Joyce Erb's sweet blog. You'll be seeing things on this blog hop that will completely blow your mind regarding digital images. Did you know that you can emboss digital images? Yup! I learned this great trick from Gracie, and let me tell you.....her stamps look FABULOUS embossed. She has the sweetest new vintage whimsical images, and I had SO much fun playing with them. Aren't they super sweet? She's got LOTS of other great images and sentiments, too. You can see all of the sets in this release on Gracie's Blog.
These sweet images from a nostalgique time past were a perfect match for a new line I recently purchased over at Simon Says Stamp. I used Prima's "A Tale Of You and Me" patterned papers, chipboard and ephemera to create a romantic mini album. This is just the front cover of the album; but if you stop back by on May 15, I will be posting a follow-up post for this Blog Hop and sharing the inside of the album. I wanted to create a to little memory book to store treasured photos, keepsakes and memories. I lightly embossed the girl image in black, and I used Copics as well as my gellatos to gently color and shade her.
Then I fussy cut her and posed her in the garden on these lovely papers. I accented the page with lots of goodies. Just let me know if you'd like to know any specifics regarding what something is, or where you can find them for yourself. These images are SO beautiful that it's easy to find something that will compliment them nicely, but because I used so much, I didn't want to list it all. Just know that, other than the lovely Gracielle Design image and sentiment, pretty much everything is from "A Tale Of You and Me".

Now, what a Blog Hop be without a GIVEAWAY? So....Gracie is generously giving away a free stamp set to THREE lucky commenters on the Blog Hop. You could own this beautiful set! All you have to do is leave a comment on each blog letting us know what you like best about this new release from Gracielle Design. Who knows? YOU could be one of the three lucky people who will win a new stamp set from this release.
Then, as I mentioned, be sure to stop back on May 15 for a second peek (a.k.a. Part 2 of the Blog Hop) because there will be even more great inspiration for you. And don't forget that ALL of Gracielle Designs' fabulous images are ready for download now at Gracielle Design Etsy Shop.

This set has two images and three sentiments. I used one image (vintage girl) and one sentiment on this album page, and I will be using the other image (fan) and another sentiment on Page 2 of my album that I'll be sharing with you when you stop back by on May 15. Your next stop on this Blog Hop is at the super fun blog of the sweet and talented Autumn, and I know her project will be amazing!
Thanks so much for joining us today. Be sure to leave a comment on each stop along the way, to check out all the fabulous stamps available at Gracielle Design, and to stop back by on May 15 for a second peek. The give-away/Blog Hop will run for two weeks, and then Gracie will announce the lucky winners on her blog. You can also sign up for her newsletter there, so be sure to visit Gracie's Blog often for updates, new releases, and specials.
Thanks again for joining us, and happy hopping!
