Guest Designing at CropStop

Hello there!  Well, for those of you who know me well, you're probably aware that I used to design for CropStop.  And while my schedule simply didn't allow for me to continue designing for them, I am still a huge supporter of this wonderful shop.  They carry a bit of EVERYTHING, and heaven knows we all need inks, adhesives, and all sorts of basic (and not-so-basic) products to keep us going.  They have great prices, great selection, and awesome customer service.  And...a fun challenge on the CropStop Blog.  So, when I got the opportunity to Guest Design for them once again, I was ALL IN!
This card was created using a piece of black Core'dinations Paper that I ran through my Cuttlebug with a musical Cuttlebug Embossing Folder.  Next, I used some Prima Heavy White Gesso to give the raised/embossed parts some texture and personality.  Let me just say that...I LOVE Gesso!  Who would have thunk?  I stamped my image using Black Soot Tim Holtz Distress Ink, and then I just had to embellish my card a bit.  Yeah....a bit (LOL).

I used some sweet Petaloo Flowers and some Ivory Burlap String to add even more dimension and excitement.  I also used my Heirloom Rolled My Favorite Things/Die-Namics Flower Die and made a flower from sheet music.  I placed a few sequins in its center.
I hope that you'll check out the FUN CHALLENGE on the CropStop Blog, and take a moment to visit the CropStop Shop to see all the amazing products they carry.  It's like visiting a mega craft store without leaving home.  Thanks so much for stopping by today.  I'm always so grateful for your visits.

Have a blessed day,
Karen
