Welcome back by today, everyone, as I share another card I created using Paper Sweeties new Kindness Matters Stamp Set. For this card, I wanted to keep it really simple and let these GORGEOUS stamps and dies speak for themselves. I used ivory card stock and cut the focal point using the new Paper Sweeties Rectangle Scalloped Frame Sweet Cuts. I cut it twice with the Rectangle Scalloped Frame Sweet Cuts and placed the second rectangle on top of the first one using 3-D tape. Next, I stamped the sentiment (Every day is a gift) using the sweet new Kindness Matters Stamp Set.
I also stamped the gorgeous floral wreath from the new Kindness Matters Stamp Set, and I cut it out using the coordinating Kindness Matters Sweet Cuts. I placed one complete wreath at the top right, and then cut a second wreath and placed pieces of it here and there. I even stamped and cut extra flowers from this sweet set to use as accents here and there. You will also see several lovely Marshmallow Sequins on my card. These sweet sequins are STUNNING on your cards and projects, and they catch the light from the other colors placed around them. My finishing touch was a bow that I tied with Grape Seam Binding. This is the most awesome seam binding...all crinkly and tea-stained. And it comes in several delicious colors. YUM!
Here's the list of all my talented team-mates who have prepared cards to inspire you today. I hope you will visit each of their sweet blogs to see what they've created for you. I also encourage you to play along in our fun July challenge, and of course to check out all the fabulous products available now at Paper Sweeties. We welcome you!

Just beautiful, Karen. Love the window and the way you played with the wreaths of flowers.
ReplyDeleteKaren that is so true that everyday is a gift. Those flowers are so beautiful and love the shaker.

ReplyDeleteHi Karen, thanks so much for thinking of me, it made my day! I'm doing great, just haven't been blogging in quite awhile. I think about posting from time to time but something always seems to come up and I don't get around to it. Maybe in the fall when my son goes back to college... I don't stamp anymore, but I do scrapbook every chance I get. I appreciate your prayers and pray you and your family are doing great as well.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Gemiel
Gorgeous card, Karen. I love the way you so cleverly cut the flowers from the wreath die into pieces to create a beautiful layout. Those Marshmallow Sequins are so pretty.
