Touches of Pink Christmas Tag

Welcome by today, blog friends!  Today I'm sharing another Christmas Gift Tag for the 25 Days of Christmas Tags, and I was inspired by the talented Melody Rupple who shared a lovely pink polka dot tag with Christmas green holly leaves and a small pink flower.  I just loved her combination of soft pink and Christmas green.  It's unexpected, yet somehow lovely.  It's always a treat to be inspired by someone else's creativity; and that's what this event was all about.
I used some Julie Nutting patterned paper to cut my tag with a Paper Sweeties die called Square Scalloped Frames.  I cut the holly leaves from green card stock using You Better Not Pout and hand inked them a bit.  I cut two small flowers using pink wool felt, and I placed one on top of the holly leaves and the other on my smaller tag.  The smaller tag was cut using a PTI die-cut and the sentiment is a Melissa Frances rub-on.  I used some wide vintage lace at the top of my tag for another touch of softness.
Thanks for stopping by today.

25 Days of Christmas Tags - This tag was created from the inspiration I gained on Day 23 when Melody Rupple shared her fabulous soft pink tag with green holly leaves and little pink flower.  I absolutely LOVED how she tied in the softness and sweetness of light pink with her precious Christmas Tag.

  1. This is indeed very soft and pretty! Just the right green to go with the pink. The addition of the two tiny flowers looks just right. You have been creating so many beautiful tags for Tracey's tag event! So glad you've been playing along.
