Hey there, friends! Thanks for stopping by again today as I share another card that I created just for fun. While it's not my scheduled post for Really Reasonable Ribbon, it does use several of their sweet products. I used a variety of different patterned papers (primarily Crate Paper brand), a pink journalling card, some Black Baker's Twine, washi tape, and.......wow, I've got a lot going on here.
I ran some Black Seam Binding across my card and tied a bow with it. I topped that bow with some Cotton Candy Baker's Twine, more Black Licorice Baker's Twine, and a turquoise button with Black Burlap String in its center. The sentiment was created using a Simon Says Stamp die-cut (Be) and a Crate Paper sticker (Happy). I also added some pink and black Open Roses, and some black, pink and white Double-Head Stamens to my card.
All my papers edges are touched with Hickory Smoke and Spun Sugar Tim Holtz Distress Inks. Once again, I thank you for stopping by and for the comments you leave. Your input is very valuable to me, and I'm so blessed to have you take the time to leave me your thoughts. I'll be sharing this card in the challenges listed below.
Blessings,
Karen
Simon Says Stamp - Wednesday Challenge Blog: Bright & Cheerful - Normally, I wouldn't think of black and pink as being a particularly "bright" color combo, bus this card really IS bright and cheerful. I love the Simon Says Stamp sentiment die-cut (Be) I used on this card in bright pink.
CropStop Challenge Blog - June Linky Party #40 - I used Tim Holtz Distress Inks in Hickory Smoke and Spun Sugar, as well as Tombow Adhesive.
Crafty Hazelnut's Patterned Paper Challenge - June Challenge - I used LOTS of fabulous patterns on this one.
Beautiful card.
