Joy Clair 2019 Design Team

Welcome by my blog today, everyone!  Today I'm sharing some big, fun, wonderful news, which is.......I'm one of the newest Design Team Members at Joy Clair Stamps.  If you're familiar with Joy Clair, I'm sure you're already a big fan of their sweet stamps.  However, if you aren't yet familiar with Joy Clair, you're in for a real treat.  In addition to the oodles and oodles of cute stamps already found in the Joy Clair Shop, there are 12 amazing new stamp sets being released this month.  And let me just say, they are all wonderful!  Joy Clair carries such a wide variety of styles that everyone can find something that fits perfectly into their own unique style of art.  You can start to see the new stamp sets beginning January 14 on the Joy Clair Blog.

For today, I'm sharing a card that uses one of the stamp sets already available at Joy Clair.  It's called Coffee Lovers, and it's filled with adorable coffee-themed images and sentiments.   I used a fun musical patterned paper and then stamped the coffee cups on ivory cardstock, and I colored the images with my Copics.  I added a small torn strip of cheesecloth, some baker's twine, and some miniature sweetheart blossoms.

I layered the coffee cups with 3-D foam tape to give them different dimensions and textures/heights on the card.  I also used some acrylic paint to add some little hearts, and I glittered the cream colored hearts.  I really wanted the stamps to be the star of this card, and they are.  If you're a COFFEE LOVER like me, then you will love all the cute coffee-themed stamp sets from Joy Clair.  I do hope you'll stop by to take a look around the shop.
