I
Hey there, coffee lovers and card-making crafty friends. Welcome to my blog today as I share a card I made for the Spring/Summer Coffee Loving Cardmakers Blog Hop on behalf of my favorite little sweeties shop on the internet.....PAPER SWEETIES💕. That's right! Paper Sweeties is once again one of the (many) fabulous sponsors of the 2019 Spring/Summer Coffee Loving Cardmakers Blog Hop. One lucky person will win a $25 Gift Card to spend at Paper Sweeties. And that's not all.....Paper Sweeties is also hosting their own Challenge Within A Challenge. And as a Flash Prize Sponsor, another lucky winner will receive one stamp set and one sweet cut set (die) from Paper Sweeties. During the regular Coffee Hop (May 3-10), you can also enter cards in the Paper Sweeties Coffee/Drink Challenge by linking through our Facebook and Instagram accounts. One lucky person who links with us will win a $50 Gift Certificate to Paper Sweeties. All the details can be found on the Paper Sweeties Blog. You aren't required to use Paper Sweeties products to play along in their challenge (although you will get extra entry points). There's always something extra sweet and special happening at Paper Sweeties! Speaking of which.....there's also a SPECIAL SALE taking place now through the end of these special events. Here's the code:
EVENT SALE: 25% OFF SITEWIDE USING COUPON CODE: SPRINGCOFFEE (cannot be used on sale items or gift certificates - expires 5/10/19 at 11:59 pm EST).
EVENT SALE: 25% OFF SITEWIDE USING COUPON CODE: SPRINGCOFFEE (cannot be used on sale items or gift certificates - expires 5/10/19 at 11:59 pm EST).
For this project, I decorated a small brown paper bag with strips of patterned papers, and filled the bag with some Dove Salted Caramel Chocolates (YUM!). I die-cut the coffee cup found in the DARLING Coffee, Yes Please Stamp Set from Paper Sweeties. I stamped the word FRIEND which is from the adorable Hello Stamp Set. I inked all the edges, and the other pieces are ephemera from this patterned paper line (Emma's Shoppe by Crate Paper).
I have SO much fun creating with any (and all) of my Paper Sweeties stamps and dies. They're just the SWEETEST ever. There are LOTS of choices including coffee-themed sets, darling images, sentiments, and cuteness galore at every turn. Stop by Paper Sweeties to see what sweet new items you might need. And don't forget to play along in the challenges for your chance to win Paper Sweeties gift certificates.
I used the Stitched Tags #1 Sweet Cuts for the small tag (at top right), and a small piece of a Paper Straw is stuck in the cup. Be sure to stop by the Paper Sweeties Blog often to follow the links to all the Paper Sweeties teammates' blogs this month for lots of coffee and beverage themed inspiration, to participate in the TWO coffee/beverage challenges, to see our New Release inspirations coming May 14-16, and to do lots of SWEET shopping at Paper Sweeties. We're always SO grateful to have you stop by!
