Journal Page w/Creative Worship

As I've mentioned before, I don't share many of my art journal pages.  This is primarily because I write my personal thoughts which can be, at times, incredibly sensitive and not meant to be shared; somewhat like a diary.  This page, however, was created to be shared.  It talks about the fact that there is None Other Name than Jesus by which we can be saved.  There are so many fabulous products at Creative Worship to help you with Bible Journalling and art journalling.

On this page, I stamped the sentiment which is found in the None Other Name Stamp Set.  It reminds us that Jesus, God in human flesh, is the ONLY way to get to Heaven.  Nothing else (not good works, not money, not anything) and No One (not the Pope, not Joseph Smith, not Mother Mary, not a saint, not a priest, not a Shaman, Guru, or any other person/being) has the ability to save us from our sins.  Jesus, being perfect and holy, paid the entire debt for our sins when He came to earth, suffered death on the cross, rose from the dead and ascended to Heaven to prepare a place for us.  He alone was able to do this because He alone is God, and He did it because He loves us.

TIME OUT Challenge Blog - January Challenge #280 - Favorite Things to Do in January - One of my favorite things to do in January is that I really try to commit to every year, especially in January, to spending more time in God's Word.  I do more Bible journalling and art journalling.  This always gets me in a good space spiritually, emotionally, etc.
