Chirp Up w/SNSS

Welcome by today, and thanks for visiting.  Today I'm sharing another card that I made as part of my Guest Design spot with Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps.  I'm sad to see this two-month GDT spot end because I love Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps SO much.  They have such AWESOME Background Stamps in a wide variety of patterns and designs, they have super cool stencils, the most beautiful stamp sets, and so much more.  I do hope you will stop by and check out this truly wonderful company.
This sweet little card will be sent to my friend who needs some encouragement right now.  The cute bird image as well as the hearts and clouds can all be found in the How Tweet Stamp Set.  I've had a lot of fun with this set already, and I know it's one I'll use a lot.  I used my Copic markers to color the sweet little chick.  I used some black and some blue cardstocks for my card base.  I used a piece of simple white cardstock for my background.  I used Fresh Raspberries, Spun Sugar, Lemon, and Stormy Night Tim Holtz Oxide Inks to brush on my backgrounds.  For the hearts and sentiment, I stamped directly onto the inked paper.  For the birdie and the clouds, I stamped them and then cut and raised them with 3-D Foam Tape.
The real star of this card is the super CUTE How Tweet Stamp Set.  Each card I've created with this set so far (which is 3 I believe) have turned out so sweet.  I surely could have used one of the many wonderful Background Stamps from SNSS on this card, but I kept it simple to showcase this darling How Tweet Stamp Set.  The finishing touches on this card were some Solid Yellow and Solid Black Baker's Twine topped with a Miniature Pink Sweetheart Blossom.
Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps is a great place to find wonderful stamps, dies, stencils, and so many great products to help expand your creativity.  They're also having some great sales this month as they celebrate their 14th Birthday.  Today there's a Black Friday Sale, so don't miss out on it.  Thanks again for taking time to stop by and say hello.  I really do appreciate it.

Blessings,
Karen
