This week at Word Art Wednesday, we are celebrating love. The free word art/scripture is from 1 Corinthian Chapter 13 which speaks of "charity", which is the perfect "agape" love of God. We would really LOVE to have you all join in our challenge. You don't have to follow the theme of "love or charity", but it's more of a suggestion as to something we encourage you to thank God for this week. His perfect "agape" love is the greatest gift we could ever have; as it offers us eternal life through believing in His precious Son, Jesus Christ. We've been blessed to have Kimberly from My Craft Spot by Kimberly offer to be our primary sponsor for this week. You will LOVE her darling shop filled with rubber stamps, baker's twine, scrunched seam binding and SO much more. Please stop by and play along with us. We'd love to see what you're creating this week.

beautiful cards Karen and the one made with Daydream set is just adorable ♥
ReplyDeleteGorgeous cards! I'm partial to pink cards these days and especially love the first card.
ReplyDeleteKaren, both of these are beyond fabulous. I love pink anyway, but you have created both cards with such beautiful balance in color and style. The WAW card is so elegant. And the cancer awareness card is so sweet. You are so talented, and your heart just comes through every creation. Love both!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for your lovely comments on my blog, Karen. The first card is so lovely and the second is a hoot (couldn't help myself)and a lovely reminder.
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh Karen, your cards (I took a huge look through your blog) are SO delicate and beautiful in the most sophisticated and gentle way. I wish (in the positive sense of that word) I knew that craft! Thank you for your generous comment on my book...I would be more than happy to share how my book is bound with you, should you want to know. It is fun as heck but a tad time consuming. I can SO see a spiritually renewing gift with your charming and deliciously dedicated style on the covers and the inside pockets! There is a real purpose to this book I'd love to explain, that I did not put on the blog - should you want that too. Just let me know. Kisses, Samara
ReplyDeleteHi Karen,
ReplyDeleteWe "met" through Word Art Wednesday, and I am so glad that it dawned on me to click the link to your personal blog. it's been so much fun---and also inspiring---to page through your blog. I try to spend my computer time looking at things that are beneficial and would guide me toward honoring God. Your blog and Word Art Wednesday are a blessing! I enjoy seeing the art that is shared and appreciate the scripture downloads made available. I have the perfect scrapbook idea for this week's scripture on love...just have to take a photo at an upcoming church event. Thanks so much for your time and attention to the blogs and for honoring God. Christine
Love your charity card, all the lace and flowers. Gorgeous!

Hi Karen! Thank you for the kind comments that you left on my blog (purplecardlady). I had to laugh out loud at your comment about Shemar Moore. He is a nice addition to my blog. ;-) Speaking of blogs I absolutely love your blog. I want to pull up a chair and have a cup of tea as I scroll through your beautiful creations. I really love the title of your blog because that is how I sign all my emails "my cup runneth over." Thank you for making me smile and leading me to your FAB tiny little slice of the blogosphere.
