Friends With You

I think I've mentioned this before, but my BFF of 40+ years, Patti Lyn, and I sang/performed a song together back in High School called Friends With You by John Denver.  So, this saying "Friends With You" has always been our little "thing", and it means so much to both of us.  We've been through a lot together over the years, and just knowing that we each have that real Proverbs 17:17 kind of friend who is always there for us means SO MUCH.  I just had to share this special "Friends With You" card.
I'm only sharing this card in one challenge.  The one I've been chasing for YEARS, but never won.  It's the weekly challenge at Simon Says Stamp where, each week, they give away a $50 gift certificate to their amazing on-line store.  Could this special card finally be my lucky winner?  Who knows!  But I still wanted to share.
 
 
I am SO grateful to God for my treasured friendship with Patti Lyn, and I will be "Friends With You" forever, girl!

    this is gorgeous....so many great details! I have two friends I have been friends with since the third grade, about 40 years...lol..it is a TRUE friendship, we have been together through everything! thanks for sharing your fabulous card!

    Your card is so pretty. I know Patti Lyn will love it. My forever friend passed away suddenly a couple years ago. We had been friends for 40+ years too. Even though she has physically gone on, her spirit is with me always... a sign of true friendship. May you and Patti Lyn be blessed!
