Folds and Shapes at The Kraft Journal

It's Monday again, which means another great challenge at The Kraft Journal, and this week the new theme is Folds or Shapes.  Those who know me well are aware that I am, admittedly, not very talented at fancy folds.  So, I decided to start with a shape, and chose to use a chipboard house cut from a piece of Kraft Outlet Chipboard that I covered with some October Afternoon patterned papers and embellishments, along with several sweet little touches from The Kraft Outlet including some various colors of Baker's Twine, a Silver Bottle Cap, and a Tiny Wooden Clothespin.  I made this album for a friend from church (that's her beautiful family in the photo).

I won't bore you with every single page of the book because my blog post would be incredibly long, but I thought I'd at least show one of the pages that I created for some hidden journalling.  I used a brown paper bag Card Sleeve Envelope (a 25 cent item at The Kraft Outlet) and a Mini Burlap Triangle as well as more of the colorful Baker's Twine and another Tiny Wooden Clothespin.  There are so many amazing products at The Kraft Outlet to embellish your projects, and I really encourage you to check out the wonderful store, and then come play along in this week's Folds/Shapes challenge at The Kraft Journal Challenge Blog.  We would LOVE to see what you've created this week.
