Brides & Babies at The Kraft Journal

Hello and a happy Monday to everyone!  I'm here today with a post for the new challenge this week over at The Kraft Journal Challenge Blog and I'm super excited to share this mini baby album I made using LOTS of great products from The Kraft Outlet.  Grab yourself a cup of coffee and get cozy....cuz this is a rather long post.

I do also have a tutorial for the Kraft Outlet to share this week (on Wednesday); but I just couldn't resist sharing my mini album with you all that I made at my BFF's house since it  fits this week's "Brides or Babies" Challenge so perfectly; not to mention that I used A LOT of Kraft Outlet products on this album.  I made this little baby album by tracing and cutting shapes from Chipboard Sheets.  I used lots of items on this mini album so please bear with me, and if I forgot anything you're interested in knowing about, just let me know.  For the cover, I used a scrap of canvas from a Mini Canvas Tag.  I machine stitched it down.

On pages 2 and 3, I used another Canvas Tag, a Mini Kraft Merchandise Bag, a Tim Holtz Adage Ticket, touches of Earthy Hemp, some Decorative Tape and pieces of Lunch Bag Kraft Cardstock for journaling mats.

Pages 4 and 5 include a darling Small Glassine Bag to hold a journaling card, a Tim Holtz Adage Journaling Ticket, a Tim Holtz Memo Pin, some Baker's Twine, and a row of die-cut stars cut from Lunch Bag Kraft CardstockWhether you make a "Bride project or a Baby project", we all look forward to having you play along with us this week at The Kraft Journal Challenge Blog!  There's also a lot of inspiration there from the rest of the Design Team.
The above photo is a close-up shot of the glassine bag with a kraft journaling card tucked inside.  And below this paragraph is a matching card I used to give when I use this baby album as a gift.  The star borders (cut from wool felt in the blue and kraft paper) are from Papertrey Ink.  The other light blue felt stars came with this Making Memories set.  The card was made using a Lunch Bag Kraft Note Card.
I'm sharing my project here:

Simon Says Stamp & Show Vintage Challenge Blog - A Little Stamping.  Page 2 has a small stamped image.  That's the only stamp I used on this entire project, so this challenge was just perfect for my project.

Thanks so much for stopping by to say hello and take a peek.  I hope you're all having a great start to the new week.  I'll be back again later this week to share a few more projects with you all.

Blessings,
Karen
