All In Good FUN!

Sometimes it's nice just to create a card simply for fun.  No Design Team commitment in mind, no challenge themes to worry about,,,,but just because you LOVE the products and want to create it.  That's what this card today is.  I saw a similar card posted on Pinterest that was posted by Roree Rumph back in 2011 when this AWESOME line, 5 and Dime. was released by October Afternoon.  I own SO much October Afternoon product, so every now and then I have to pull it out and recreate some of these sweet cards.  I love the inspiration I find on Pinterest.  Don't you?
I used several patterned papers, stickers, ephemera, buttons, and a rubber charm all from October Afternoon 5 and Dime collection.  In addition to that, I used some blue tickets from Prima (I had already used the pink tickets from OA), and I inked the chalkboard paper with white chalk ink.

Luckily, I've found a couple of challenges where this sweet little October Afternoon card will fit the current challenge theme.  Thanks so much for stopping by.  Have a blessed day, and please stop by again soon.

  1. I agree w/you about Pinterest! There's almost too much inspiration!! You card is so fun Karen! Great mix of textures, patterns and design!

Thanks for the invitation to Guest Design again. I'm sorry but I need to say no this time. I deal w/chronic pain and it's gotten worse lately. I would not be dependable even giving me the scripture ahead of time.

If things turn around I'll let you know. I truly appreciate your leadership, time and hard work keeping WAW going! You're a jewel!
