Pretty In Pink at V's Sweet Ideas

This month at V's Sweet Ideas, the challenge theme is all about PINK.  We are hoping that you will stop by and share your pink projects with us.  If you do, you just might be the luky winner of a $10 gift certificate to V's Sweet Shoppe.  This lovely shop has stamps, dies, sequins, and SO much more.  It's a great place to pick up something fun and new.
For my card, I used a piece of music patterned paper from My Mind's Eye, and then I machine stitched on piece of pink gingham patterned paper.  Next, I added a Chic Journalling Tag (you can see it through the vellum), and on top of that I created a stitched vellum pocket that holds lots of beautiful sequins from V's Sweet Ideas.  The chipboard piece is from Crate Paper's Confetti line, the sentiment is a Melissa Frances rub-on, and I also included a seam binding bow with baker's twine, and a button in the center.
At the top of my little vellum sequin-filled pocket, I attached a sweet little butterfly paperclip from Prima.  I just thought it was super sweet, and the perfect finishing touch.  I always enjoy using pink, and one my favorite combinations with pink is the leafy green, which I used in my bow and in the sequin pack.
We really hope that you will stop by to play along in this moth's Pretty In Pink Challenge at V's Sweet Ideas.  If you need some of these super sweet sequins I used on my project, you can find them here at V's Sweet Ideas for just $1 per package, and you get a generous amount for that dollar.  V's carries ALL the sweetest colors of sequins (in addition to OODLES of other great products).  Don't forget to link up all your PINK projects here in the February Challenge at V's Sweet Ideas.

I'm sharing my card here, in these challenges:

Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge - Simon Says "Anything Goes"

Simon Says Stamp - Work It Wednesday - Something New (sequins!!!)

Have a blessed week, everyone!
