Flower Challenge at Really Reasonable Ribbon

Who doesn't love flowers?  I don't think there is anyone who doesn't love them, or a crafter who doesn't enjoy using them on their cards and projects.  And with that said, I hope that every single one of you reading this post will link up in our new Flowers Challenge at Really Reasonable Ribbon.  The ONLY other requirement, besides the need for a flower (or flowers) is that you use some sort of ribbon, lace, or spooled trim on your projet.  This can be any altered art, digital work, cards, or other project.  We just LOVE seeing your creativity at work.  And Really Reasonable Ribbon has all the sweetest Mulberry Flowers and ribbons to adorn your art work.
This card was created using some patterned paper, a vintage ivory doily, a sentiment sticker, some pearl sticker gems, and then some gorgeous Really Reasonable Ribbon trimmings.  I ran a length of the super sweet Bay Leaf Seam Binding across my card, and then tied a bow with the same Bay Leaf Seam Binding, Ivory Seam Binding, Solid Wheat Baker's Twine, Solid Mint Baker's Twine, and I ran a length of Metallic Gold String through a clear button that I placed in the center of the bow.  The flowers on the right include a super sweet Wild Orchid Crafts Green Paper Leave, two Deep Ivory Open End Roses, and one Light Turquoise Open End Rose.
Since the sweet Mulberry Flowers are the star of this challenge, after all, I thought I wold showcase a close-up photograph of them.  Really Reasonable Ribbon carries so many great Mulberry Flowers in various shapes, sizes, and colors.  You are sure to find the perfect floral accent for any project, as well as the perfect leaves to accent them.
I had originally planned to only share my first card.  But then.....I started playing with my RRR goodies, and came up with this second card, so I decided to share this one as well.  I used lots of great Crate Paper patterned papers and chipboard, and then added a length of the sweet Baby Pink Seam Binding up my card next to a length of Debra Natural Crochet Lace, and also used it in my big bow along with a long length of Pink Burlap String, Cream Seam Binding, and Ivory Burlap String
Once I had all my sweet ribons, seam binding, laces and burlap string in place, I added some of Really Reasonable Ribbon's super sweet Mulberry Flowers to my card.  I used two of the lovely Deep Ivory Open End Roses, and one goreous Pink Trellis Rose.  As you can see, I also added a White Spiral Stamen which really adds a lot to my card.  These gorgeous Spiral Stamens come in EIGHT amazing colors.  They do tend to sell out quickly, so I suggest stocking up while they are in stock because they are SO beautiful, and will help you to step up your projects by adding a really special touch.
We hope to see your sweet floral projects linked to our Flower Challenge on the Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog.  There's also lots of great inspiration found in our daily Blog Posts, so be sure to stop by each day for a little something sweet to inspire you.  We can hardly wait to see what YOU will create and share with us.

I'm linking my cards to these challenges:
