Just like teaching a toddler to walk by taking one step at a time, so I encourage all my coffee-loving friends to tackle life one cup at a time. And now, you can get this fabulous sentiment in a brand new stamp set from Paper Sweeties called Tackle Life One Cup At a Time. I used this fabulous new set for the sentiment on this card, and I also used the tea pot and tea cup stamps from the lovely new You Warm My Heart Stamp Set and cut them out using You Warm My Heart Sweet Cuts.
I used two patterned papers and inked their edges, machine stitched the papers together, and then added a length of tulle trim and some soft pink mini gingham trim to create my base. Next, I tied a double bow using some pink seam binding; and I topped that with a Pearl Heart Ribbon Slider. On top of the tea cup, I added three Miniature Sweetheart Blossoms. I love all these soft. subtle, lovely touches.
Once again, I will be sharing my card in a few challenges where I enjoy playing along. I hope that you have been able to get your craft on this week. Remember, just take life ONE CUP AT A TIME. That's my best suggestion for getting through life. Well that, and A LOT of prayer!
