I've been blessed to Guest Design for Frantic Stamper for several months now. They carry really unique dies, and I've had a lot of fun creating cards with them. This one was made with a fun set called Deckled Rectangles FRA-DIE-10108 that I cut from kraft paper, layered, and added some fun sequins. The sentiment and butterfly are just a little canvas stickers.
It's a fun card, and it was obviously very simple to make. This is a really versatile die-cut set that I'm sure I will use again and again. I really like the rough edges of the Deckled Rectangles. I used 3-D foam tape to raise each rectangle, and that made it easy to tuck the sequins here and there, giving it great depth and dimension.
There are a few fun challenges where I'm going to link this fun card. I don't play along in a whole lot of challenges, but I always enjoy doing so when I can. I hope that you are having a fun and creative week as well, and that you'll stop by Frantic Stamper to check out all their fun dies (and so much more).
Scrappy Land Dies Challenge Blog - Anything Goes Challenge #63 - I used Frantic Stamper Deckled Rectangles from their April Release, and Scrapy Land proudly carries Frantic Stamper dies.
Allsorts Challenge Blog - Challenge #410 - Bring On The Bling - I used lots of sequins to BLING it up!
DL.ART April Linky Party - Anything Goes
Crafty Hazelnut's Patterned Paper Challenge for April - I used just one patterned paper on this card.
Butterfly Challenge #76 - W for Windows or Color Rose - I created my windows using the rectangle frames, and put sequins in the "windows". My butterfly is a canvas sticker.
Have an awesome week, everyone!

Beautiful card, Karen. The deckled edged frames are really lovely and I love how the sequins spill out. xx
ReplyDeleteKaren, that card is just gorgeous! Those sequins would also be beautiful as a shaker and would work perfectly with those dies.
ReplyDeleteLove this unique card Karen - fabulous colours and I love how you have piled the mixed sequins on in the corners
