Hello again! I'm sneaking in another post today to share a card I created today for the Winter Coffee Loving Cardmakers' Winter Blog Hop. I'm on vacation as I make this post; so I'm not photographing this card in my normal environment. The lighting and set-up is not ideal, but I'm doing the best I can under the circumstances. Thanks for bearing with me.
My best friend, PattiLyn, gave me some patterned papers that she recently picked up at a sale; so I used them to create this card. I also added a small die-cut circle (Reverse Confetti) cut from red Bazzill cardstock, a Maya Road ticket stamped with #noel (Paper Sweeties), some Double Head Stamens (Really Reasonable Ribbon), and a Paper Straw (Hobby Lobby).
My card is inked with Tim Holtz Vintage Distress Ink, and I got a bit too much of it on my sentiment (Warm Wishes), but I just ignored the ink and used it anyway. You simply cannot allow little mistakes to throw you off from your crafting. Little mistakes happen, and most often these little problems can be covered. Just don't let yourself get stressed out while crafting. It's all in good fun!
Thanks for stopping by. If you're working on becoming a "Superstar Commentor", I thank you for all your hard work. I hope that you will take the time to truly enjoy all the amazing projects shared; and that you'll leave a heart-felt comment for each entry. I thank you for leaving me some love, and I would be delighted to have you follow my blog and visit again soon. I'll be happy to do the same for you.
Blessings,
Karen
