Hello, Paper Sweeties lovers and blogging friends alike. Welcome by my blog on this very special day. Well, it's special to me for a few reasons. It's my BFF's Birthday and the Birthday of our (1985) stillborn twin sons Nicholas & Benjamin. And on top of that, it's MY day to share in the 25 Days of Christmas With Paper Sweeties. I have something extra sweet to share with you today as I celebrate these very special things - all of which I LOVE SO MUCH.
I started this card with a deep forest green cardstock base and attached several sweet patterned papers from a Crate Paper collection called Bundled Up. This includes all patterned papers, flags and journalling tag. I also used this patterned paper to stamp the Christmas trees using Coal Black Ink and the Merry Christmas Y'all Stamp Set. Next, I cut them out using the coordinating Merry Christmas Y'all Sweet Cuts and I colored them with colored pencils.
The sentiment was stamped with Coal Black Ink using the Truck Add-On Occasions Stamp Set. I stamped it vertically because that was the space I had, and there's always a PERFECT stamp set to be found at Paper Sweeties. On top of the trees, I added some "Christmas ornaments" using Cookie Dough Sequins, Strawberry Sequins and Bubblegum Sequins. There are many wonderful colors of these sweet cup-shaped/flower-shaped Sequins in the Paper Sweeties Shop.
The top of my sentiment tag is adorned with lengths of Strawberry Seam Binding, Bubblegum Seam Binding and Mint Seam Binding as the finishing touches. There are SO many sweet things to be found at Paper Sweeties, and we do hope you'll stop by Paper Sweeties Blog each day this month to keep up with all the wonderful inspiration being shared as we celebrate 25 Days of Christmas With Paper Sweeties. Why not treat yourself to a few Christmas gifts from Paper Sweeties? You're going to LOVE these sweet products. Merry Christmas to YOU....go on and treat yourself.
