With Deepest Sympathy w/Whimsy Stamps

When you think about Whimsy Stamps, you probably initially think about cute, whimsy fun images and sentiments.  This is what they're most well-known for, and their overall theme might be considered cute and fun.  However, Whimsy Stamps really carries a wide variety of stamps for different themes and genres.  In fact, this month I've created a Thank You, a Sympathy two Scripture cards.  Whimsy Stamps carries a bit of everything.
I used green cardstock layered with white cardstock that I rubbed with Forest Moss, Green Paint, Mowed Grass, Citron Limon and Lemonade Oxide Inks.  I used the same inks on the Spring Ovals Dies that I used to cut my focal point.  Lots of oxide inks rubbed into everything.  The sentiment can be found in the Sympathy Silhouettes Stamp Set.  The darling flowers I used can be found in the Fadoodles Blooms Stamp Set.
I used the Twinkle Stencil to add some lovely white sparkles to my background with heavy white gesso.  I love the look that was achieved by combining all these FUN Whimsy Stamp products into one great card.  Sympathy cards are always needed, sadly, and this Sympathy Silhouettes Stamp Set is a great set for that purpose.  Some Solid Baker's Twine was the finishing touch.
Thanks for stopping by my blog today.  I'd love to hear your thoughts on my sympathy card.  If you stop by Pinterest and Instagram, I'd really love to have your support there.  I don't have many social media followers, so if you could Follow me, it would helpful and appreciated.  Have a wonderful week and I hope you find the time to make lots of pretty cards.

Pammie's Inky Pinkies Challenge - Challenge #68 - Sponsored by Newton's Nook.  Of all the stamps I own, I don't one single thing from Newton's Nook.  They have the cutest things, too.  Come, play along.

Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge - Simon Says "Alcohol Inks and/or Drinks" so I used lots of fabulous Tim Holtz alcohol inks on this card.

Double D Challenge - SHAPES - I used a rectangle card and an OVAL die-cut frame.

Paper Funday Challenge - Challenge #2024 - Awesome sponsors and always a lot of FUN at this challenge blog.
