It's Autumn w/Stamp Simply

It's Autumn!  That wonderful time of year when the leaves are changing colors and falling gently from the trees, a time for family gatherings and long evening walks in the cool crisp air.  Stamp Simply has so many fabulous stamps and dies to help us create the loveliest cards and project for this and every time of year.  The card I'm sharing today combines a few of Stamp Simply's many awesome Fall products.

I layered light kraft and green cardstocks to create my base.  I stamped the light kraft cardstock with green inks using Fall images found in the Harvest Stamp Set and Give Thanks Stamp Set.  I cut the opening using the Give Thanks Oak Leaf Die Set and then stamped the oak leaf using the coordinating Give Thanks Stamp Set.

I added some Green Burlap String topped with a brown button.  The sentiment I chose (Autumn) was stamped using the Harvest Stamp Set and was cut using the coordinating Harvest Dies.  I also added a bit of Tim Holtz Distress Spray in both white and green.  By using the Give Thanks Oak Leaf Die Set to cut out the image, I was able to raise the top stamped layer with 3-D Foam Tabs giving it some fun dimension.
