It's hard to believe that we're well into 2025, and that it's already March. The days are flying by us quickly, and Easter will be here before we know it. Who do you know that would enjoy getting a beautifully hand-made Easter card in their mailbox? I know that my Mom, my Mother-in-Law, Aunties, and a whole list of others who look forward to receiving my hand-made cards. I'll bet you have several in your life who would be just as delighted to receive one. Right? Well, Stamp Simply has everything you need to get your well on your way to creating lovely cards for Easter and every occasion.
This card and tag set were created from basic white cardstock layered with a speckled patterned paper from my (old) stash. I used the Spring/Summer Seasonal Wreath Stamp Set for the wreath that I stamped on the card and on the tag. The sentiment and Easter eggs are found in the Easter is for Jesus Stamp Set.
I rubbed the white cardstock with various colors of oxide inks and then stamped the three different Easter eggs onto the inky background. I cut each Easter egg using the coordinating Easter is for Jesus Die Cuts. I also splattered the eggs (and my card/tag) with watered-down acrylic paints. Some fun sequins and Baker's Twine tied into a bow were the finishing touches.
