Hello, sweet friends! Thanks for visiting me here today to take a quick peek at this fun Autumn card I created using some of the (many) fabulous products found at Stamp Simply. It's not hard to tell which items are my favorites because I tend to use them over and over again. Nonetheless, I do enjoy using ALL the stamps, dies and products from Stamp Simply. They're all wonderful.
This card started with basic black cardstock layered with some patterned papers. The green is a very old paper from _______ and the other papers are from the Carta Bella Welcome Fall 6x6 Paper Pad (currently sold out) but there are many other wonderful Paper Pads available in stock at Stamp Simply. You could easily recreate this card using any papers you might have on hand. I used a piece of basic cream cardstock to stamp the awesome Vintage Seed Packet image in green. I cut it by hand and placed it back on my card base. The Vintage Seed Packet Stamp Set is definitely a favorite of mine.
The next thing I did was to stamp the pumpkins using the Welcome Fall Stamp Set and I cut them with the coordinating Welcome Fall Pumpkin Die. I hand painted them using Tim Holtz Oxide Inks including Marmalade, Green Paint, Fired Brick, Fossilized Amber, Vintage Photo and Carved Pumpkin. I placed them in the opening left by the oval that I cut using the Vintage Ovals & Twigs Dies. I framed the images using the twigs that were also cut using the Vintage Ovals & Twigs Dies. I added a bow tied with a lovely color-variegated 1/8" Silk Ribbon.
The THANKS sentiment is also found in the lovely Welcome Fall Stamp Set, and there are several cool sentiments in this set in addition to the lovely pumpkin. I placed it on a strip that I cut using the Fishtail Banner Dies. Friends, you'll find oodles of amazing products at Stamp Simply and lots of great inspiration on the Stamp Simply Blog. Thanks so much for visiting me. It means so much.
