Be Thankful Always w/Stamp Simply

One of the main things I love about art is that you can use your imagination.  You can create pink pumpkins, green sunrises, orange strawberries, and even, YES, blue eucalyptus leaves.  When you're making art, you can use any colors you choose and it's always beautiful.  Stamp Simply makes is easy and fun to create beautiful cards.  Today I'm sharing.......you guessed it!  BLUE eucalyptus leaves on this sweet Autumn card.
My card base is a piece of wood grain patterned paper from the Craft Consortium's Beach Hut 6x6 Paper Pad.  The next layer is basic white cardstock that I stencilled using he Tim Holtz Bricked Stencil.  I spritzed it with white and blue spray.  I used the Eucalyptus Silhouettes Stamp Set to stamp the various branches in shades of blue.
I used some of the GORGEOUS Sapphire Blue 1/4" Silk Ribbon to create my bow.  This ribbon is SO luxurious, and you can feel the quality of the silk.  Really!  The stamped sentiment can be found in the Welcome Fall Stamp Set.  The word AUTUMN was cut using the Boho Pumpkin Dies, and it's backed with a piece of plaid paper from the Carta Bella Winter Market 6x6 Paper Pad.
This card is another great example of how all the products from Stamp Simply work so well together.  You can use each set on its own or combined with others; and you're always sure to end up with a lovely card each time.  You'll find lots of fabulous inspiration each day on the Stamp Simply Blog as well as all the up-to-date information on special sales and promotions.  Thanks so much for visiting today.

I'm sharing my Autumn card here:

Stencil FUN Challenge - October: Anything Goes w/Optional Halloween Theme - I went with an Autumn card this time, and I used the Tim Holtz Brick Stencil

Birthstone Challenges:  Challenge #11 - Sapphire/Opal and Optional: Friendship - I used both sapphire blue and opal on my fun Autumn card.

Card & Bookmark Set w/Stamp Simply

Making quick, easy and simple cards is something that all crafters need to be able to do.  Many times we find ourselves in quick need of a sympathy card, birthday card, or some other desired sentiment.  We can always count on Stamp Simply to have the perfect sentiments, scriptures, encouraging words, fabulous images, and everything you need to make those much-needed SIMPLE cards.  That's one of the main things I love so much about Stamp Simply.  Their name says it all.  Stamp Simply Clear Stamps truly makes it SIMPLE to STAMP a lovely card.
This is a quick and easy card and bookmark set that I created just a few of the many fabulous stamps and dies from Stamp Simply.  I used black and green cardstocks layered with white watercolor paper that I painted with Green Paint Oxide Ink and water.  I stamped the lovely Eucalyptus Silhouettes using the Eucalyptus Silhouette Stamp Set and I cut them using the coordinating Eucalyptus Silhouettes Dies.  By using different shades of green, I didn't have to worry about everything matching perfectly.
The sentiment that I used on this card is found in the Pray Without Ceasing Stamp Set.  The sentiment that I used on the cute little bookmark is found in the Love Stamp Set.  Like I mentioned above, you can always find the perfect sentiments, scriptures, quotes and images to help you say exactly what you want to say in your cards.  Stamp Simply covers every category.....simply and completely.  I wasn't thrilled when I saw that little white pearl bead on my card.  I was too lazy to retake the photos.
Making a matching bookmark to tuck inside your cards is a very quick, easy and useful trick.  You're giving someone more than just a card.  Most people will use that bookmark; as I know I would if someone were to send me one.  Stamp Simply has several stamped images in this long skinny format for using on bookmarks which is such a very helpful tool.  Take a look around at Stamp Simply and treat yourself to some all-occasion stamps.  You'll love them as much as I do.

New Release at Stamp Simply

Woo Hoo!!  Over the next several weeks, we will be revealing and showcase the fabulous New Release at Stamp Simply Clear Stamps and you won't want to miss a thing.  Everything in this New Release is SO lovely, and that begins with the gorgeous new set I'm featuring today.  It's called Eucalyptus Silhouettes Stamp Set and it is absolutely DIVINE.
I used two layers of basic white cardstock and I ran the second layer of it through my embossing machine using the Tim Holtz Lumber Embossing Folder to give some texture to my card.  The third layer is white watercolor paper that I stamped twice using the eucalyptus leaves found in the beautiful new Eucalyptus Silhouettes Stamp Set in greens.  Next, I stamped the eucalyptus leaves in teal colors and used the coordinating Eucalyptus Silhouettes Dies along with some 3-D foam tabs to raise up the teal stems.
At the bottom of the eucalyptus leaves where all the stems come together, I added a bow with Black Baker's Twine.  This photo (above) is where you can see the embossing folder a bit better.  The beautiful sentiment I added is also found in the new Eucalyptus Silhouettes Stamp Set, and it is just one of nine (9) sentiments found in this lovely new set.  Here's a peek at the New Floral Release from Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.
I would love to hear what you love most about these two new sets.  Next Monday I'll be sharing a card using the other new (Daisy) set.  I have some ideas brewing in my mind that I hope come to life as I hope they will.  I just LOVE the soft, flowing feeling of these eucalyptus branches, don't you?  They make it simple to create beautiful cards.
Oh, and did I mention that there's a SALE?  Yes, it's true.  You can save 15% on everything other than the New Release items.  Trust me, that still leaves you with A LOT of WONDERFUL options.  Stamp Simply Clear Stamps has SO many great stamp sets, dies, papers, and more.
You really won't want to miss ANY of this fabulous New Release, so be sure to stop by the Stamp Simply Blog each day (or as much as possible) over the next several weeks so that you won't miss seeing what we have in store for you all.  It's AMAZING.  Tomorrow is the last day to take advantage of the Mother's Day SALE at Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.  I hope you'll visit me again soon.

Here's where I'm sharing my card:

Can You Handle the Pressure Challenge - Anything Goes w/Pressure Embossing/Optional Twist: Flowers - I used the Tim Holtz Lumber Embossing Folder on this card (second white layer).
