Congratulations w/Stamp Simply Clear Stamps

Whatever the occasion may be, and almost without exception, it's such a treat knowing that we can always count on Stamp Simply Clear Stamps to carry the perfect stamped sentiment, scripture, words of encouragement, etc.  From every event from the birth of a new baby to a sympathy card....and all of life's amazing adventures in between; Stamp Simply always has the perfect products.
This card starts with basic white cardstock.  The next layer (blue pattern paper) is from the Craft Consortium's Bloom & Wild 6x6 Paper Pad that I embossed using the Darice Dainty Flower Embossing Folder.  I attached different patterned paper scraps including pieces from the Bloom & Wild (floral) 6x6 Paper Pad and the Bright Blooms (polka dot) 6x6 Paper Pad by Craft Consortium.  I did a bit of machine stitching on the paper scraps.  I also added some May Arts White 3/8" Crochet Lace to my card.
The image was stamped using the Man of Knowledge Stamp Set and was painted with oxide inks, colored with Copics, and cut with the coordinating Man of Knowledge Dies.  I chose to use pastels this time to color these lovely books because I'm sending this card to a female.  The sentiment is also found in the Man of Knowledge Stamp Set.  The image of the books as well as the sentiment were pressure embossed using a Linen Embossing Folder.  The sentiment was cut using a Fishtail Banner Die.
You can find lots of great inspiration each day on the Stamp Simply Blog and Instagram Page.  I'm sure grateful that you stopped by here today, and I appreciate you taking a moment to view my card and comment on what you think of it.  This is really a nice stamp set option with lots of great basic sentiments to help you use it for many different occasions.  I've always done more masculine cards with this set, but now I've shown a different way to use it.  Fun, right?  Thanks again for visiting.

I'll be sharing my card in the following challenges:

Congratulations, YOU DID IT! w/Stamp Simply

Hello blog friends and thanks for stopping again today.  My daughter asked me the other day to whip up a graduation card for her long-time friend who just got her Masters' Degree in Nursing.  She's a stellar nurse and a lovely young woman of God.  I knew right away that Stamp Simply would provide me the perfect stamps and dies for this project.  SO.....I popped over to Pinterest where I found this card by Deb Felts.  I used her inspiration to create my card.
I used both black and mustard yellow cardstock to create my base and then used white cardstock to add my stencilled background using a stencil very similar to the Tim Holtz Gothic Stencil.  The bottom portion is a piece of Craft Consortium Wood Textures 6x6 Pattern Paper.  I stamped the words using the Graduation Sentiments Stamp Set.  The diploma was cut using the Congrats Grad Dies.
Those awesome books are great for Graduation cards, Masculine cards, and pretty much any occasion.  They're found in the Man of Knowledge Stamp Set and they were cut using the Man of Knowledge Dies.  You're always sure to find the perfect stamps, dies, sentiments and products to help you create the most wonderful cards for every occasion when you shop at Stamp Simply.

The Sky Is The Limit w/Stamp Simply

Welcome by again, everyone.  I'm so glad you've stopped by for a visit today as I share a fun graduation card that I created using some of the fabulous stamps and dies from Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.  Like I always say, Stamp Simply has the perfect stamps, sentiments, images and dies for every occasion.  Graduation, like every other occasion, is a special milestone in the lives of our loved ones.  It's always nice to be able to send a handmade card and Stamp Simply makes it easy.
I started with basic black cardstock and layered that with a blue woodgrain patterned paper from the Craft Consortium's Wood Textures 6x6 Paper Pad.  Next, I used a piece of white watercolor paper and I rubbed on various colors of Tim Holtz Oxides Inks.  Once I rubbed on the oxide inks, I gave the paper a light spray of water.
I used the Graduation Sentiments Stamp Set to stamp all three of the sentiments onto the background.  I used a small scrap of the watercoclor paper to rub on more of the oxides inks and I used that scrap to cut the stars by using the Patriotic Stars & Stripes/Old Glory Die Cuts.  I also cut a few from the black cardstock.  I thought the sentiment (The Sky is the Limit) went well with the stars.  The finishing touch was a knotted bow tied with Black/White Baker's Twine.
There's always lots of great inspiration on the Stamp Simply Blog and there's always a perfect stamp, die and embellishment for every project at the Stamp Simply Store.  Thanks so much for visiting me today, and please be sure to stop by Stamp Simply any time you need a wonderful new stamp set...or anything crafty.  They really have it all.
