Boys Will Be Boys

Hello crafty friends!  I hope you all had a relaxing weekend, and that you're all ready for another great challenge.  This week at The Kraft Journal, we're having a "Boys Will Be Boys" Challenge.  You can create any card or project for a man or boy, or just something masculine.  As long as you use kraft or anything sold at the Kraft Outlet, you will eligible for the Top 3 Award and the monthly prize of a $15 gift certificate to the Kraft Outlet.
I decided to make a card to welcome a brand new baby boy. I used a Lunch Bag Kraft Note Card for my base, and added some patterned papers.  Next, I attached a Mini Kraft Merchandise Bag to which I added a boyish journaling card and some Green Baker's Twine.  I also tucked in a journaling tag made from Buff Ivory Cover Weight Cardstock, and added a felt bow with a Tim Holtz Memo Pin stuck in it.  I absolutely LOVE having places for tucking in either a gift card, cash, or a little note; and the Kraft Outlet has lots of great little bags for this purpose.

We sure would LOVE to have you play along with us this week.  Come on over to The Kraft Journal to see the other Design Team Members' projects, and link up your creations.  We can't wait to see your creativity at work.

Blessings,
Karen
