August Sneak Peek At Paper Sweeties

Happy Birthday to Paper Sweeties!!  It's time for an 8th Birthday CELEBRATION at Paper Sweeties, and we're so glad you've chosen to join us.  There will be a three-day new product release, :LOTS of special sales and promotions plenty of great inspiration, and SO much more.  Please check the blog for all the different ways you can win.  There's even a $100 prize, so be sure to check the Paper Sweeties Blog for ALL the details of this month's amazing events.  You can use this code (KarenL8) to save 25% on all orders of $50 or more.  And, for every $50 you spend, your name will be entered for your chance to win a $100 gift card for Paper Sweeties.  Our Design Team is participating in our own little promotional/motivational event; so if you do purchase from Paper Sweeties, I do ask that you please use MY personal code (KarenL8) for all your purchases this month.  Saving 25% is quite a considerable discount, and that makes this a great time to pick up a sweetie (doll stamp), an outfit set or two, some stamping accessories, Seam Binding, Sequins, and make the most of this fabulous SALE.
There are two DARLING new mini sets being released this month at Paper Sweeties.  They're called the So Sweet of You Stamp Set with coordinating Sweet Cuts, and the Berry Stamp Set with coordinating Sweet Cuts.  They will both be available for sale in the Paper Sweeties Shoppe as of tomorrow.  You won't want to miss out on picking up these adorable new sets.  All the images are precious, and the sentiments give you so many cute possibilities to cover a wide variety of occasions.  And as always, these sets work great on  their own, or when combined with other Paper Sweeties stamp sets and products.

The card I'm sharing today uses the new So Sweet Stamp Set  and coordinating So Sweet of You Sweet Cuts.  I am a HUGE ice cream person, so during any good Birthday CELEBRATION, there has to be ice cream or it's just not a party.  Agree?  Well, the new So Sweet Stamp Set includes several darling images including the sweet little ice cream cone (cone and scoop of ice cream - two pieces) that I used to create this FUN card celebrating Paper Sweeties 8th Birthday.   I stamped the cone twice onto cork paper and cut it out with the Sweet Cut.  I cut the cone once from light brown wool felt and machine stitched the lines into my cone.  The scoops of ice cream are each cut from wool felt, and I used the topping Sweet Cut to make the sparkly toppings.  Oh my, yes....this is another DARLING new set from Paper Sweeties.  If you're a fan of their precious products, this really is a great time to make a purchase.
You'll also find some Sugar Sprinkles Sequins and Frosting Seam Binding tucked about, and that cute little cherry can also be found in the So Sweet Stamp Set/Sweet Cuts.  I added a touch of red glitter to the center of my cherry.  The sentiment I used today (sweet birthday wishes) is also from the new So Sweet Stamp Set.  It's stamped onto the Sweet Borders Banner Sweet Cut and tucked under the Rectangle Scalloped Frames Sweet Cut that I used for the focal frame.  I just LOVE this new set, and this card has only used one of the images so far.  So I do hope that you'll stop by again tomorrow to take a peek at what I share next using these two FUN new sets.
Here are the names of my talented Paper Sweeties Teammates.  If you simply click on their names, you will be taken directly to that person's blog and their Paper Sweeties post for today.  I know they've used these new sets to create some super cute projects for you, and they'd really appreciate your visits.  I know it means the world to me when you stop by to say hello.
Thanks again for visiting me today, and please do join me again tomorrow for New Release Day as we continue the Paper Sweeties 8th Birthday Celebration.  You won't want to miss a single day of the fun and festivities.  Cute, cute, CUTE!!  How adorable are these little ice cream cones?  Oh, and don't forget about the big SALE.

Have a great day, and I'll see ya again tomorrow (I hope).
Blessings to you,
Karen

I'm playing along here:
Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge Blog - Midsummer Blues - My answer to the "midsummer blues" or ANY kind of blues is always....ice cream and popsicles.  That will wash away any type of blues.

Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Blog - Summer Memories - Again, ice cream and popsicles are my BEST memories of Summer.  That's what makes it FUN and memorable, right?  A cold popsicle or ice cream cone on a hot Summer day.....YES!

Crafty Hazelnut's Patterned Paper Challenge - August: Anything Goes - I used several fun patterned papers.
