Ready, set, FUN! It's time for the September Blog Hop at Really Reasonable Ribbon and we're SO glad you've stopped by to hop along with us. This is a very quick blog hop with just five stops and a final question at the end on the Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog. You should have arrived here from Bonnie's Blog, but you can catch the line-up by following the links.
I made a card and candy treat tube with tag. The candy tube is from Hobby Lobby and is filled with white Skittles. At the top, I wrapped a length of Black & White Bold Check Gingham Ribbon, a length of Orange Baker's Twine, and a length of Solid Black Baker's Twine to secure the tag to the candy tube. The little bat is a chipboard piece, and the spiders are stickers and ephemera pieces.
The card uses a die-cut and then small scraps of patterned papers to fill each empty space. The sentiments (Itsy Bitsy Spider and October 31) are both from Bonnie Garby Designs. They can be found in the Halloween Haunting Bundle. The spiders and small pieces are super old (stash) Jolee's pieces. The bow that I added in the upper left corner uses the same Black & White Bold Check Gingham Ribbon that I used on the candy tube. I also added some Solid Ivory Baker's Twine and a pretty Orange Open Rose to this spooky card. I couldn't resist giving it that touch of sweetest along with the spookiness. Ribbons are always a must for me. Your final stop is on the Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog where you'll answer a quick question. One lucky person will WIN a $10 gift certificate to Really Reasonable Ribbon AND two digital stamp sheets from Bonnie Garby Designs. Don't miss the fun.
