Welcome by my blog today! It's that wonderful time of the month when all of us at Paper Sweeties start sharing a little peek at what's new this month; and tomorrow, September 15, the entire September Release will be available for purchase in the Paper Sweeties Shop. Here's a little peek at one of the FABULOUS new sets for this month.
I used the new Sent From My Heart Stamp Set and coordinating Sent From My Heart Sweet Cuts (dies) to create this fun little dog treat bag. First, I found a recipe on-line for making homemade Dog Treats. They were quick and easy. I placed them into a lined Coffee Bag with window so you can see the treats. Then, I stamped the dog and sentiment (#handlewithcare) from this sweet new set to decorate the bag of treats.
At the top left, I attached a bow using Oatmeal Seam Binding, some Licorice Seam Binding and Red Baker's Twine. Next, I attached a tag that I cut using the amazing Stitched Tags #1 Sweet Cuts and used 3-D tape to attach the stamped image of the dog mailing the special package of dog treats to his friend. As I've mentioned before, Paper Sweeties carries so many cute sentiments in each stamp set; and the hash tag (#) symbol is SO on-trend right now. This little hash tag is a separate stamp in this set so that you can use it on ANYTHING you want. My sentiment stamp (#handlewithcare) is perfect for this gift because the Dog Treats are fragile. This is a great idea for a dog Birthday Party, or to send to someone whose dog needs a pick-me-up. Our furry friends need love, too! My sentiment strip has three stacked Strawberry Sequins on it, and Paper Sweeties' flower-shaped Sequins are just the CUTEST!!
Here's the list of all my team-mates from Paper Sweeties who have prepared something today to give you a Sneak Peek at our fabulous September Release. You won't want to miss a single thing....they will all be amazing! Enjoy your stops, and please don't forget to visit me again tomorrow and Saturday for the Paper Sweeties September Release Party and our Release Rewind.
Wishing blessings to you all,
Karen
