It's New Release Day at Paper Sweeties

It's New Release Day at Paper Sweeties, and two darling new sets are now available for purchase.  You won't want to miss out on these darling Spring/Easter sets and their darling images and sentiments.  You'll have SO much fun with these adorable new sets.

For today's New Release post, I created this fun card to showcase the darling new Sweet Minis: Just A Not Stamp Set and coordinating Sweet Cuts.  I used a pale pink cardstock base and then cut and attached a piece of canvas.  I hand-sew ed several French knots to the background of the canvas using various colors of DMC floss.  I also made a small pocket just slightly larger than the "pocket" on the bunny stamp in the new Sweet Mini Duo: Just A Note Stamp Set.  I also added some of the hand-sewn French knots to this outer canvas "pocket".  The darling little bunny stamp was SO much fun to color with my Copics, and the little canvas pocket helps show off this cute little image.  This little "pocket" will hold a small piece of candy (or some cash).

The darling sentiment (hoppin' by just to say hi) can also be found in the new Sweet Mini Duo: Just A Note Stamp Set.  I stamped them onto additional strips of canvas using Periwinkle Ink, Ballerina Ink and Mud Pie Ink and attached them to the card.  You will also see that I added just a few Sugar Sprinkles Sequins and Bubblegum Sequins here and there, and that I attached a pretty bow tied with lengths of Grape Seam Binding.  I just LOVE how all of Paper Sweeties' products compliment one another.
