It's Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog Hop Time

Welcome back by to all my ribbon-loving friends and all crafters alike.  I'm so glad you're here to join us for the May Blog Hop at Really Reasonable Ribbon as we showcase the May Ribbon Club Assortment.  You should have arrived here by way of Bonnie's Blog; but if not, you can get caught up quickly as there are only six (6) stops in this Blog Hop.  And one lucky person who comments on each blog and answers the question at the end will win this month's Ribbon Club Assortment.
Everybody loves a good beachy/patriotic Summer theme; and this lovely assortment covers it all with this month's gorgeous ribbons.  The solids can, of course, be used year round - as can these cool nautical trims.  The Ribbon Club Assortment is a great way to ensure that you always have perfect seasonal ribbons on hand.  Really Reasonable Ribbon carries so many great ribbons, laces, twines and trims in every color, width, texture and variety you can imagine....and more.
The bow is secured on the back side with a French Clip.  It's always fun to incorporate a wider ribbon into the Hair Bows; and Really Reasonable Ribbon has LOTS of great ginghams, grosgrains and all sorts of great 1.5"-2" width ribbons and every width in between.  This bow uses some of the 1.5" Red & White Gingham Ribbon.  Really Reasonable Ribbon is FILLED with everything a ribbon-loving crafter could ever want.....and more.
I also made a quick card using the ADORABLE 3/8" Patriotic Boat Wheel and Anchor Grosgrain which I layered over a piece of Red & White Houndstooth Ribbon.  I also stamped two anchors and tied them together with a length of Iridescent White Metallic String.  The ribbons are topped with several Double Head Stamens and some pretty Open Roses.  And, last but not least, I added some Flatback Pearl Accents.
Your next stop on this FUN hop is at the Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog; and that's where you'll answer the final question so that you'll be entered and eligible to win this month's gorgeous Ribbon Club Assortment.  Thanks for stopping by, and please visit the Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog often for lots of great inspiration, details about special sales and promotions, and for everything you need to know about ribbons and all the creative ways to use them.  Have a wonderful and creative week, everyone.

Blessings,
Karen

I'm playing along here in these FUN challenges I love:

Pammie's Inky Pinkies Challenge Blog - Challenge #2119 - Anything Goes

As You Like It Challenge Blog - Favourite Way to Add Ribbons - Any Why? - What I like to do most of the time (general crafting) is to lay a length/width of ribbon across my card and then tie a bow with it and add lots of pretty flowers and stamens, etc. to it (as far as cards go, that is).  When working with an assortment of ribbons, as above, I like to share a BIG HAIR BOW so that ALL the ribbons are shown together and displayed beautifully.

Double D Challenge Blog - Theme: Flowers of the Month/January Through June - I guess I went with JUNE because that's the month for ROSES, and I used several Open Roses on my card.  You can see the beautiful inspiration photo below.

The Paper Funday Challenges: May 2021 - Challenge #29 - Anything Goes With a Twist: Florals/Flowers - I love adding flowers to my cards (especially on my ribbon bows) and this card has lots of pretty Open Roses.
