New Coffee/Tea Papers at Stamp Simply

There are some things that we all get excited about, right?  For me, some of those things include new crafty items, coffee, and such.  The card I'm sharing today combines all those things (and more) using the fun new Coffee/Tea 6x6 Patterned Papers from Stamp Simply.  Of course, I had a Venti Vanilla Latte sitting next to me as I created this one.
I used a base of basic black cardstock layered with Brick Textures Patterned Papers from the Craft Consortium and some of the awesome new Coffee/Tea Patterned Papers.  I did some machine stitching on my card to join them together.  Next, I used the Cup of Java Steel Dies to cut my coffee cups from the Coffee/Tea 6x6 Patterned Papers and some foam adhesive.  I inked them a bit on the edges to make them look coffee stained.  The cups, handle and steam are all found in the Cup of Java Steel Dies.
Next, I stamped my sentiment (Brewed to Perfection) using the Cup of Java Stamp Set, and I cut it with the Fishtail Banner Dies.  I added some Katrina Venice Ivory Lace and bow tied with 1.25" Rust Silk Ribbon topped with a Honey Paper Flower.  A few sequins were added to my card - in, and around, the coffee cups.  I think that pretty much covers everything I used.  If I missed anything, please let me know and I'll be happy to answer any questions.
Be sure to visit Stamp Simply to check out all their wonderful products, and by the Stamp Simply Blog for updates and loads of great inspiration.  Thanks so much for stopping by my blog today.  It's always a treat to have you visit and leave me your thoughts.  I'm off to pick up my granddaughter from school.  Believe me, those Vanilla Lattes help me keep up my (much-needed) energy with a 5-year-old in our lives full-time again.  What have you been whipping up this week?  I can't wait to see.

I'm playing along in the following:

Pammie's Inky Pinkies Challenge - Challenge #2443 - Anything Goes - Sponsored by the wonderful Lawn Fawn.

Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge - Stencil It - I used a polka dot stencil on my sentiment banner to give it some extra color and pizzazz.

The Inspiration Station Challenge - Challenge #66/October - I was inspired by the warm Autumn colors.

Blessings,
Karen
