Late last night, I had some time to sneak into my craft room and make a couple more cards to share in the Build Your Stash Holiday Cardmakers' Christmas in July Linky Party.  I'm having so much fun as I dig through my Christmas bins and find older items that I'd almost forgotten about.  Using them on my cards has been a challenge and it's also been a whole lot of FUN.  I hope you're playing along.

I used light kraft cardstock and pink cardstock along with some Crate Paper patterned papers and  journalling card.  The little green leaves are from October Afternoon.  All the pretty Solid Baker's Twines are from Really Reasonable Ribbon.  It's a very simple card, but I just love the colors.

I love the words on this Christmas tree.  Each sentiment is so sweet.  I've always enjoyed these Christmas trees that are stacked like this with different words, images, etc.  This journalling card really caught my eye, and I liked it with the woodgrain patterned paper.  Simple and sweet.  That's the idea.
There are lots of great colors of Solid Baker's Twine at RRR.  This awesome trim is just ten cents per yard, so you can get a 10-yard roll for just ONE DOLLAR.  That's a deal, and this amazing trim comes in so many great colors to match most any and every project.  I absolutely LOVE it.
