Well friends, Summer is over and the challenges over at The Card Concept begin again today. You will be so in love, as I was, with the beautiful inspiration photo. Those warm Autumn colors and pretty image were so much fun to artistically transform into a card through interpretation. The card I'm sharing today is pretty much a remake of a card I created for Creative Worship Stamps using several of their awesome products.I started with black and green cardstocks to make my base. I cut the cream piece of cardstock using the fun Stitched Rectangle Dies. The first step was to stencil the cream base, and I did that using Brick, Marmalade and Mowed Lawn Oxide Inks and the fabulous Jumbled Diamonds Stencil. I stamped the background using the Typewritten Text Background Stamp (in Hickory Smoke) and the Going Postal Stamp Set.The beautiful butterfly was stamped using the Butterfly Bliss Stamp Set, and I hand painted it using the above-mentioned oxide inks. I splattered the card with drops of white acrylic paint. I think I've mentioned everything I used on my card, but please feel free to ask if you have any questions. All of us at The Card Concept hope to see you join in on all the FUN this month by creating something that you're inspired to create. We always enjoy your participation, and I hope you have lots of fun in your craft room. Thank you so much for your visit here today. It's always most appreciated.
