FrankenPop & Bride of FrankenPop w/Pretty Pink Posh

Like many of you talented crafters out there, I absolutely adore all things Pretty Pink Posh.  They carry such CUTE stamps, dies and products that make card-making FUN.  A sweet blog friend of mine bought me the Halloween Cake Pop Dies and Valentine Cake Pop Dies from Pretty Pink Posh, and the sweet Owner of Pretty Pink Posh, Paulina, sent me some goodies as well.  I've been so excited to get the chance to create with them, and this is the first card I've created using the adorable Halloween Cake Pop Dies.
I used a basic black cardstock base and then I cut a white layer using the adorable Eyelet Rectangle Dies.  I used some Solid Apple Green Baker's Twine that I weaved through the eyelet holes.  In the center of the card, I used a piece of Prima patterned paper.  Next, I used the Halloween Cake Pop Dies to cut all the cake pop images and bits.  Each piece of white cardstock was rubbed with Tim Holtz Oxide Inks before I cut them.
Because poor old FrankenPop doesn't have a wife (at least not in this die set), I decided to create one.  Now, I'm the first to admit that I'm NOT the best creative artist.  I simply looked at some on-line images of the Bride of Frankenstein and free-handed her hair the best I could.  It's nowhere near perfect, but I tried.  It's all for fun, right?  So, for now anyway, he has a wife.  I used some 3-D Foam Tabs to raise up the cake pop heads a bit.  Some little sequins and spiders, etc. were the finishing touches.
The sentiment is from an old stamp set called Too Cute to Spook from Simon Says Stamp.  It's stamped on a Fishtail Banner Dies sentiment strip.  I think that pretty much covers everything I used on my card, but as always, I'm more than happy to answer any questions you might have.  I'll be sharing my fun Halloween card in some challenges that I've listed below.  Stay creative, everyone, and thanks so much for visiting me here today.

I'm sharing my not-so-spooky Halloween card in the following:

Blessings,
Karen
