Because He First Loved Us w/Really Reasonable Ribbon

What could be sweeter on a card than hearts, ribbons and flowers?  Well, Really Reasonable Ribbon has ALL the best ribbons, trims, twines, and Mulberry Flowers you need to make beautiful cards.  You'll also find things like Adhesives, Hair Bow Making Accessories, Baker's Twine (in both solids and stripes), cute Embellishments, Crochet Lace and SO much more.
This card uses a piece of red cardstock layered with a piece of white cardstock that I die-cut with a cute Falling Hearts Background Die from The Greetery which did so much to create my eye-catching background.  I cut the hearts using Limited Layers Heart Dies from PTI.  I did this to keep with the red and white theme throughout.  The only other colors I added were the goodies from Really Reasonable Ribbon that I used to accent the card.  The sentiment is found in the Love Stamp Set from Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.
I ran a length of Black Seam Binding across my card and tied a pretty bow with it.  I tucked in several Black, Milk White and Red Double Head Stamens to add some extra color and pizazz.  Double Head Stamens add a whole lot of life to your cards, and they come in a wide variety of beautiful colors.  Just a few little extra touches from Really Reasonable Ribbon will elevate your cards and give them those special touches they need.  I added a few simple sequins as the finishing touches.
Thanks so much for stopping by my blog today, everyone.  I can't adequately express just how much it means to me when you stop by my blog to leave me a comment.  I really do hope you'll stop by and support Really Reasonable Ribbon.  Not only do they have AWESOME products, but they also offer fair shipping prices, great customer service, and there's always lots of great inspiration on the Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog.  I look forward to having you visit us again soon.

I'm playing along in the following challenges:

The Paper Funday Challenges - February - Challenge #62 - Anything Goes w/Optional Twist: No Pattern Papers, so this card uses that twist.

Dar & Diane's Double D Challenge - Heartfelt - This card is about as "heartfelt" as it could be, and it's also heart-filled.
Happy crafting, everyone.

Blessings,
Karen

Enjoy The Journey With RRR

Welcome by again, everyone!  Spring is finally here, and it's a great time to do some SHOPPING for new crafting items.  Really Reasonable Ribbon has so many fabulous ribbons, trims, flowers, and so much more to help you create something amazing.  I hope that this little card inspires you to pick up some new goodies and create something special to celebrate the first signs of Spring.
The patterned papers and journalling card are from a line called Spring Market by Carta Bella, and I just love them.  As always, when I go to Really Reasonable Ribbon, I can find all the perfect ribbons, trims and Embellishments to adorn this line.  Because Really Reasonable Ribbon carries such an amazing assortment of everything, you will never struggle to find the perfect colors to match any line you're working with.  That makes it so much easier....they really have every color and every style.  I kid you not.
This sweet little card was machine stitched and inked.  I added a couple of Miniature Sweetheart Blossoms from the Mixed Pinks collection to the top of my card (on the wooden piece).  At the bottom left of my card, I added a sweet little bow that includes Black Seam BindingOlive Burlap StringIvory Burlap String, one 30mm Green and White Mulberry Leaf, one 30mm Green Mulberry Leaf, I tucked in a 11mm White Heart Shaped Flatback Immitation Pearl Accent, and it's all topped with a Pink Sweetheart Blossom.

You're sure to find the perfect products for all your crafting needs.  It's Spring!   Time to treat yourself.  Enjoy!

Karen
