BOO w/Really Reasonable Ribbon

BOO!  Well, this isn't really all that scary.  But no what matter what time of year it is and no matter what type of project you're creating, you'll always find the perfect Ribbons, Twines, Trims, Adhesives, Embellishments and more at Really Reasonable Ribbon.  This (not so) spooky card uses several different products from this FABULOUS store.
I used basic black cardstock and then basic white cardstock to cut my frame using a cute Double Stitched Scalloped Frame Die Set from Poppy Stamps.  I rubbed the background with Kitsch Oxide Ink and splattered it with black paint, and then I stamped it with some tiny stamps from Paper Sweeties.  Once my background was all set, I ran a piece of Scor-Tape across my card and added a length of Black & White Bold Check Gingham Ribbon to my card.
I also tied a bow with the Black & White Bold Check Gingham Ribbon as well as with some Cotton Candy Baker's Twine and Plum Baker's Twine.  I tucked several Double Head Stamens (Pink, Black and Milk White) underneath the bow.  I used Adhesive Foam Sheets to give my ghost dimension and create the shaker element.  The ghost and BOO were cut using the Ghost Shaker Die from Pretty Pink Posh.
Please let me know if you have any questions about the products I used on today's project.  You're always sure to find lots of great inspiration on the Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog and lots of amazing products at Really Reasonable Ribbon Store.  I'm so grateful to have you stop by and say hello.  Happy crafting, everyone.

I'm playing along here:

The Die Cuttin' Divas Challenge - October: World Cardmaking Day/Month - Celebrating World Cardmaking Day all during the Month of October.  How FUN!  The dies I used on this card include the scalloped frame die from Poppy Stamps and the ghost shaker die from Pretty Pink Posh.  Entry 4/4

Double D Challenge - To Spook or Not To Spook - BOO!  Does this one scare you?

Wait Patiently w/RRR

Hello, creative friends, and thanks for stopping by my blog today as I share a pretty card I created for Really Reasonable Ribbon.  It's aways fun to adorn my cards with the pretty ribbons, trims, flowers and twines from Really Reasonable Ribbon.  These sweet products add so much fabulous texture and layering to my cards.
I painted my background using Lilac and Concord Oxide Inks on a white watercolor paper that I cut with Crimped Frame Die from The Greetery.  The stamped leaves and flowers are from a (retired) PTI stamp set called Petite Pots.  The stamped sentiment is from Stamp Simply Clear Stamps.
The pretty things you see on the right-hand side of my card include some Solid Black Baker's Twine, Plum Baker's Twine, Double Head Stamens, and some pretty Miniature Pastel Sweetheart Blossoms.  I also tucked in some bundled Natural Burlap String which is a great "filler" for floral accents.  It's a very inexpensive trim, it comes in oodles of great colors, and it works perfectly every time.  You can find Burlap String here.
Thanks again for stopping by to say hello.  Be sure to visit Really Reasonable Ribbon and treat yourself to something new.  There are so many great options and you're sure to find the perfect accents for your next projects.  You'll find lots of great inspiration on the Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog, so be sure to visit often.  Have a blessed and creative week, friends.

Here's where I'll be linking up this card:

Time Out Challenges - Word Prompt - Challenge #214 - A day without sunshine......certainly wouldn't bring any flowers.  That would be incredibly sad.

The Inspiration Station - Inspired by a Floral Shop - I was inspired by the greens.  While I love the pretty floral colors, I also enjoy the long green stems and wanted to show off both - the greens and the flowers.

Keep on crafting and creating!
Blessings,
Karen

Really Reasonable Ribbon April Blog Hop

It's time for the Really Reasonable Ribbon April Blog Hop, and we're SO glad that you've stopped by to join us.  This is a fairly quick Blog Hop with only six stops in total.  You should have arrived here from Bonnie's Blog; but if not, you can catch up quickly.  To  be eligible to win this GORGEOUS ribbon collection, just hop along with us, leave a comment on each blog, and answers the question at the end on the Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog - that's all it takes to be entered to win this GORGEOUS April Ribbon Club Assortment.  How bright and pretty are these ribbons?
This pretty hair bow was creating using several trims from Really Reasonable Ribbon.  The wide white ribbon is a canvas trim (I believe it's currently sold out); but there are lots of wide ribbons at RRR that will work in this manner.  The bow also includes a length of the pretty 5/8" Bright Floral Print on White Satin, 5/8" Feminine Floral Print on Satin Ribbon, 3/8" Fabulous Foliage Print on White Satin, and the 3/8" Delicate Leaf and Vine Print on Satin Ribbon.
On the sides of the bow, there are smaller bows topped with White Flatback Pearls from the Embellishments Section.  Then, on the top center of the bow, you'll see several of the beautiful Mixed Pastels Miniature Sweetheart Blossoms from the Mulberry Flowers Section.  There are just SO many beautiful ribbons, trims, flowers, embellishments and more waiting for you at Really Reasonable Ribbon.  LOTS of pretty things.
This is one of  my all-time favorite Ribbon Club Assortments.  It's so soft and sweet, and has the most beautiful floral prints.  My guess is that this assortment will sell out quickly; so be sure to stop by Really Reasonable Ribbon this week to get yours before they're all gone.  They really are SO lovely, and they'll give you endless creative possibilities.  Get yours today here.
Thanks again for stopping by today.  Remember, there's always lots of great inspiration on the Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog; and that's also where you'll always learn about special sales and promotions as well.  Don't forget to answer the question at the end of this Blog Hop.  You won't want to miss out on being eligible to win this BEAUTIFUL Ribbon Club Assortment.  Your next and final stop on this Blog Hop is here at the Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog where you'll answer one question - this will make you eligible to win this gorgeous Ribbon Club Assortment.  Good luck and happy RRR shopping.

Blessings,
Karen

I'm playing along here:

Cards Need Really Reasonable Ribbon

Hello to all of you paper-crafty, ribbon and flower loving friends!  Welcome by today as I share a series of cards I created for Really Reasonable Ribbon using a sweet line called Spring Market by Carta Bella.  I made several cards using this line, and as always....the cards are much sweeter when I've added some of the lovely touches from Really Reasonable Ribbon.  I won't repeat the patterned papers, stickers, ephemera, chipboard, etc. for each card because every single one in this post uses that same Carta Bella Spring Market line.  I'll just let y'all know which RRR products I used on each card.  And I'll tell you this...Really Reasonable Ribbon ALWAYS has the perfect ribbons, trims, Mulberry Flowers and Embellishments to match everything we make.
Like all of my cards, this first card (above) was put together using strips of Scor-Tape; a fabulous Adhesive to help hold together your cards and projects for many years to come.  This first card also includes a length of the lovely Moss Green Seam Binding.
My second card includes some Mulberry Flowers including the Miniature Ivory Sweetheart Blossoms as well as Mixed Pink Sweetheart Blossoms.  I also bundled up some Ivory Burlap String and placed it underneath each flower cluster.  Did you know that we carry nearly 20 colors of Burlap String?  It's another fabulous trim that costs just ten cents per yard, and is the perfect touch for SO many products.
Card number three includes Cream Seam Binding, some Moss Green Seam Binding, Open RosesMiniature Ivory Sweetheart Blossoms and Miniature Pink Sweetheart Blossoms.  I also tucked in a few Double-Head Stamens.  I love them SO much!
My fourth card includes some White Seam Binding, Vivid Pink Seam Binding, and to perfectly match the colors in my sweet patterned papers, I used lots of GORGEOUS Sweetheart Blossoms including lots of flowers from the Miniature Sweetheart Blossoms in Mixed Purples/Lilacs a WOC Green Mulberry Leaf, as well as Ivory Burlap String and (once again) lots of wonderful Double-Head Stamens.

The fifth card I'm sharing today incorporates my bow using a length of Cream Seam Binding, and just one lonely little Mixed Pink Sweetheart Blossom.  It doesn't matter if you use a little bit of embellishing or a whole lot.  Each card has some little touch of goodness from Really Reasonable Ribbon.

My sixth and final card for today uses just one extra touch.....and that would be the sweet little pieces of Solid Cream Baker's Twine tied from my three tags.  This AMAZING trim comes in over 30 gorgeous colors and costs just ten cents ($0.10) per yard.  There's a perfect color for every project and it's got so many fabulous uses.  You'd be surprised just how REASONABLE the products at Really Reasonable Ribbon really are.  Not only do they carry an awesome selection, but prices are low and shipping is very reasonable.  Today is a great day to treat yourself!

Thanks so much for stopping by.  I sure hope you'll join us in two short days from now for the monthly Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog Hop.  YOU could be the lucky winner of the gorgeous Ribbon Club Assortment this month.  I hope to see you there.  There's always something FUN happening at Really Reasonable Ribbon.

Karen

I'm sharing my cards (well, one anyway) in the following:

Mod Squad Challenge Blog - Challenge: Green, Green Everywhere - My cards (numbers 1 and 3 above) both have lots of green; but I entered the first card (at top of page).

Enjoy.....Really Reasonable Ribbon

Hello friends, and welcome by  today as I share a quick little card with you all that I created using some more of my favorites from the Really Reasonable Ribbon Shop.  I started with some green card stock and added some coordinating My Mind's Eye - On Trend patterned papers attaching them with strips of Scor-Tape.  Next, I added one mint green and one baby pink glittery feather from Paper Studio (Hobby Lobby).  Well, we all know that I couldn't stop there.....and I knew I had the perfect Really Reasonable Ribbon products for this card.
I added two different sizes (the smaller one is harder to see, but it's in there) Wild Orchid Crafts Green/White Mulberry Leaves, and then I added some Gold Double-Head StamensWhite Double-Head StamensBaby Pink Double-Head Stamens, and Aqua Green Double-Head Stamens.  Have I mentioned how much I LOVE these sweet little accents?  Double Head Flower Stamens are a must-have item at just $1.99 per bundle of 160 pieces.  They're the cutest.
I also added a pretty bow tied with Bay Leaf Seam BindingBaby Pink Seam Binding and topped with Gold Metallic String.  Finally, I placed some sweet Pink Miniature Sweetheart Blossoms and some Miniature Mint Sweetheart Blossoms cascading down the bow.  These are such adorable little Mulberry Flowers for tucking in here and there.....and everywhere.  You're sure to find something AMAZING in the RRR shop, and I encourage you to treat yourself to something new.
