Picnic Pals With Brutus Monroe

It's Wednesday again, and that means that it's my turn to share another FUN project for Brutus Monroe.  Today I'm sharing another sweet card I created using the ADORABLE Picnic Pals Inspiration Box from Brutus Monroe.  I will never grow tired of this sweet Inspiration Box.  The stamps and dies are adorable, and I haven't even used them all yet.  This lovely full-sized Picnic Pals Stamp Set (with coordinating dies) contains over 30 images and each is just as cute as the next.
Each Inspiration Box contains cardstocks, cards, ribbons, sequins, foiling sheets, sentiment sheets, and SO many other sweet products.  I'm in LOVE with this Inspiration Box (in case you haven't noticed....LOL) and every card I've made so far has turned out so cute.  The ideas just keep running through my mind; and that's what I love so much about the Brutus Monroe Inspiration Boxes.....they're SO creatively inspiring.  You won't have any trouble coming up with ideas when you open one of these  FAB Inspiration Boxes.
I used some cardstocks to create my base, and I ran a length of the gorgeous red silky ribbon across my card underneath the foiling sheet.  I didn't foil the sheet.  I simply cut it (the cute white paper with black ants) and inked the edges with Tim Holtz Distress Ink.  I also cut an image (picnic blanket) from one of the foiling sheets, and I placed it under the picnic basket.  The boy camper, picnic basket, mushroom, sunshine and skewers are all images you'll find in the Picnic Pals Inspiration Box.  Quite honestly, just getting the Picnic Pals Stamp Set and Dies  alone are well worth the purchase price ($34.99) of the Inspiration Box.  But....you get all these extras included to help you create the sweetest cards.
I also added a few of the pretty sequins from the Sequin Mix included in the Inspiration Box.  There's always a pretty sequin mix in each Inspiration Box.  I like using them on  my cards as well as using them as a photo prop.  I used one of the sentiment sheets and I cut my sentiment into smaller strips to fit on my card where I needed them.  You get sentiments in the Picnic Pals Stamp Set; but you get loads of extra sentiments from the sheets included in the Inspiration Box.  This helps you expand your options even further.
Thanks so much for stopping by to visit me today, and please stop by again soon.  I always appreciate your visits so much.  There's also lots of great inspiration on the Brutus Monroe Blog in addition to some great shopping (and sales) at Brutus Monroe.  Have a blessed and creative week, everyone.

Karen

I'm sharing my card here in this FUN challenge:

Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge Blog - Add a Sentiment.  I added my sentiment using a sentiment strip that I cut into several little pieces.

Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Blog - Dry Embossing - I used one embossing folder on this card.  It's a shiplap die from The Greetery.  It was cut from a piece of brown cardstock (over the black base) and it was "dirtied" with dark brown ink.
