Paper Sweeties March New Release Rewind

Hello creative friends, and welcome to Day 3 which is New Release Rewind Day for the Paper Sweeties where we're sharing projects featuring the awesome new GATHER Stamp Set.  This FABULOUS new stamp set uses the same adorable font as the popular BLESSED and MERRY Stamp Sets that have each sold out numerous times.  And because all the letters in these sets are in the same font, the letters from each set can be combined to spell pretty much any word you can imagine.  I combined all three sets to create this sweet card to share with you today.

I created a card base by cutting some pretty glitter music paper (from Michael's) and then I layered that with a piece of cut white cardstock to break up the music pattern a bit.  With that creamy backdrop in place, I used the Scalloped Rectangle Frame Sweet Cuts to cut the frames, again from the music paper to create a frame for each stamped word.

The words RELAX and REPEAT can be found in the new GATHER Stamp Set.  I created the word READ by combining letters from the new Gather Stamp Set, our Merry Stamp Set, and the Blessed Stamp Set.  It's so cool that these sets can be combined to help you create so many different words.  I used a book image from the I'm So Proud of You Stamp Set and I used a coffee image from the Life Begins After Coffee Stamp Set.

The finishing touches for this sweet card include a pretty bow tied with yummy wrinkly, crinkly, ink-stained shabby-delicious Bubblegum Seam Binding and a special Paper Sweeties Sequin.  I hope you've enjoyed all the projects using the sweet new GATHER Stamp Set.  Here are the direct links for today's posts on my talented teammates' blogs.  Just click on each name to be taken directly to their post for today.
