This week on the Stamp Simply Blog, my Co-Design Team Members and I will be sharing cards that are basically one color. As you can clearly see, my primary color here is green. Using stamps from Stamp Simply, it was easy to make just one color come to life. Here's what I designed to share with you, and I hope you find it inspiring.
I used black cardstock (my only other color than the green) for my card base, and I layered that with a piece of green patterned paper from the Craft Consortium's Organic Ink Drops 6x6 Paper Pad. I also stamped the different leaves found in the Harvest Stamp Set onto that same green patterned paper. I used the coordinating Harvest Dies to cut the leaves.
I used the Amazing Grace Stitched Circle Dies to cut three small circles from the black cardstock and the same green patterned paper. I layered the leaves onto those spots, and I used the Autumn Blessings Stamp Set to stamp the sentiment which I cut with the Fishtail Banner Dies. I wrapped some Solid Black Baker's Twine around the Fishtail Banner Die with sentiment.
Everything on this card is very flat and will fit perfectly into a regular envelope. There are so many great Patterned Paper Pads as well as oodles of fabulous stamps and dies among other things at Stamp Simply. Don't miss out on anything. You can always stay up-to-date by visiting the Stamp Simply Blog regularly. Thanks again for visiting me today.
