A Cup of Christmas Cheer

It's a quiet Sunday afternoon at our house, and I found a little bit of time to sneak away into my craft room to create a couple more cards/projects to share in the BYSHC Linky Party.  Pulling out my older Christmas products and having an opportunity to use them up (at least a bit) is always a welcome invitation for me.  This event has been so much fun thus far, and I've been so inspired by all the entries.
This card started with cream cardstock for the base.  I layered that with some pretty patterned papers and lots of great ephemera from my Christmas stash.  The little tag/pocket with the coffee image is a very old stash item that I picked up at a Tuesday Morning many years ago.  I tucked some fun Tim Holtz cards and a tiny Starbucks gift card inside the pocket.
You'll also see that I added some Cherry Baker's Twine and Black Licorice Baker's Twine to my tags.  I also attached an actual cinnamon stick that I tied with Lipstick Red Seam Binding and some rusty jingle bells.  Have you been playing along in these challenges?  I sure hope so because I always enjoy seeing your art.
Stay creative, everyone.  Thanks again for visiting me here today.  I hope to see you again soon, either here in blogland or on social media.  Your visits to my Instagram Page are always appreciated as well.  I'm grateful for you all, and I wish you a happy week filled with creativity and joy.

I'm playing along here:

Blessings,
Karen
