Autumn Blog Hop at Really Reasonable Ribbon

It's time for the October Blog Hop at Really Reasonable Ribbon.  You should have arrived here by way of Misty's Blog; but if not, you can catch up quickly as this is a fairly short hop.  There are two fabulous prizes up for grabs in this fun and inspiring Blog Hop including a $10 Really Reasonable Ribbon credit and your choice of any two digital stamp sets from Bonnie Garby Designs.
I used black cardstock layered with some miscellaneous patterned papers that I secured in place using Scor-Tape.  I did just a bit of machine stitching on the papers.  Next, I ran lengths of Sharon White Crochet Lace and a piece of Black & White Bold Gingham Check Ribbon.  The pretty pumpkins are found in the Boho Pumpkins Stamp Set from Stamp Simply.  I colored them with Copics.
The sentiment I used (Autumn Autumn Autumn) is from the Autumn Sentiments 2 Stamp Set at Bonnie Garby Designs.  I added lack tulle bow tied with Solid Green and Solid Pumpkin Baker's Twines and topped it with a White Flatback Faux Pearl Embellishment.  There are always oodles of great trims, Mulberry Flowers, Adhesives and so much more waiting for you at Really Reasonable Ribbon.
Your next and final stop on this Blog Hop is at the Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog where you'll answer one final question making you eligible for the prize.  However, PLEASE leave a comment on each blog in the hop to be fair and to play by the rules.  We all appreciate visits and comments.  Good luck in the random draw, and thanks for hopping along with us.

I'm sharing my card here:

Inspiration Station Challenge - Challenge Prompt #66 - I was inspired by the colors and the pumpkins (black and white pumpkin and orange pumpkin) in the photo.

Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge - Simon Says "Add Some Texture" so I added lots of fabulous textures to my card.

Blessings,
Karen

Congrats to the Grad w/Really Reasonable Ribbon

Hello, sweet blog friends, and thanks so much for stopping by today as I share a FUN graduation card that I created using some awesome products from Really Reasonable Ribbon along with a digital sentiment stamp rom Bonnie Garby Designs.  I just LOVE how a few simple trims can spice up a card and take it to the next level.
The patterned papers are from the Reminisce Paper Pack.  They're all attached to the black cardstock base using strips of Scor-Tape to secure them.  The sentiment can be found in the Graduation Bundle from Bonnie Garby Designs.  I cut several stars from the patterned paper and I attached the stars and the oxide inked sentiment square using 3-D Foam Tabs.
I bundled some Bright Yellow Burlap String and Black Burlap String to create the bow on the lefthand side of the sentiment.  I topped that bundle of twisted strings with a beautiful pearl Embellishment from RRR.  There are so many great colors, widths, textures, and choices when it comes to ribbons, twines and spooled items.  Really Reasonable Ribbon truly has it all.
I'd just like to say thank you again for visiting me here today.  I can't express to you enough how much it blesses me and touches my heart when y'all leave a comment here.  I'm just so grateful to have you stop by.  Really Reasonable Ribbon really is an AMAZING store that you'll LOVE.  I hope you'll stop by to browse at least.  Have a blessed week.

I'm playing along here:

Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge - Simon Says "Add a Sentiment" - For this fun graduation card, I used a sentiment from Bonnie Garby Designs.

Wishing you joy,
Karen

It's Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog Hop Time

Welcome by today, all my ribbon-loving friends!  Today is the first day of the October Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog Hop, and one lucky person will win the GORGEOUS October Ribbon Club Assortment.  You should have arrived here today from Bonnie's Blog; but if not, head on over there to get started.  Just look at all these lovely Christmas ribbons that one lucky random person will win:
I chose to create a sweet little Christmas card for today's Blog Hop using some Carta Bella Christmas Delivery supplies.  Once I placed all my patterned papers where I wanted them, I secured them into place using a fabulous Adhesive called Scor-Tape.  Next, I ran a width of the sweet White Crochet Lace from this month's Ribbon Club Assortment across my card.  I love how the White Crochet Lace brightens my card and creates a border at the top.  Laces (and trims in general) easily give your cards so much rich texture and personality; and your cards will still fit into a regular envelope.  Well....minus my jingle bells, that is!
I added a little ribbon treatment to the White Crochet Lace by including a piece of three trims from the October Ribbon Club Assortment including the White Crochet Lace, the Anastasia White Crochet Lace, 3/8" Forest Satin Ribbon With Gold Metallic Edge, and the 3/8" Poppy Red Satin With Gold Edge.  And finally, I topped the ribbon treatment with three red jingle bells tied with a length of Black Burlap String.
Really Reasonable Ribbon makes it so easy to sweetly embellish your cards and projects without much effort at all.  Just a few snippets of their lovely trims and goodies, and....there you go!  The monthly Ribbon Club Assortment is a great way to get a nice variety of trims each month.  Be sure to hop along and answer the question at the end so that YOU will be eligible for the prize of this month's AWESOME collection.  Your next stop is at the blog of my talented team-mate, Kathy.  Her art is always inspiring and beautiful, so...ENJOY!

Blessings,
Karen
